=13 Integrity 5202 O 932015 First They Fixed My Bike by Cleaning the Carbs Cost 700 but It Was Backfiring but Ran So I Was Happy Then It Wouldn't Start So I Brought It Back Thinking if Its the Carbs It Would Be Free or at Least Discounted First He Says 75 to Figure It Outi Say Ok Then He Say I Have to Redo Carbs at a Cost of 300 Then Tells Me Its Some Other Thing and Not the Carbs but Still Charges Me for the Carbs Again and Another 200 to Fix the Actual Problem Ended Up Having to Pay 51800 So After Gouging Me I Say How About 500 He Says No I Wouldn't Trust This Guy He Is Unfair and Greedy Huge Thumbs Down! Comment by Garage of Customer First Came to Us in 2013 to Have His Carbs Rebuilt 1997 CBR600 in Poor Shape at That Time Gave List of Recommendations That Bill Was $150 2 Months Later Customer Came Back and We Bought and Installed a Complete Wiring Harness New Throttle Cable New Fuel Petcock Total Bill $44663 So Here We Are 2 Years Later Customer Brings Us the Bike After He Tried to Figure Out Why It Wont Start He Stated Doesn't Think It's the Carbs Because I Just Did Them Two Yrs Ago Customer Also Said It Wasn't Getting Spark We Diagnosed and Bike Was Getting Spark Therefore Diagnosed Carbs Were Clogged From Bike Sitting With Fuel in Float Bowls Bike Also Had a Fuel Leak From Plastic Joint That Connects Carbs Customer Was Called and Updated Explained Bill Was at About $300 Needed About $90 in Parts and 1 5 Hrs in Labor Which Would Be Around $500 for the Bill Customer Gave the Ok to Proceed We Always Get the Customers Approval Before Proceeding With Any Additional Work Bike Sat at Shop for Over Two Weeks Once Completed No Storage Fee's Were Charged Customer Arrived to Pick Up Bike Caused a Scene and Police Were Called Due to Threats and Customer Trying to Take Bike Out of Shop Without Paying Everything Is on Video We Really Do Try to Take Good Care of Our Customers We Value All Our Customers and Unfortunately Not Everyone Will Be Happy This Is the First and Only Time We Have Ever Had Any Issue We Set Our Values Really High and Honesty Is at the Very Top of the List Less Funny 1 Useful 4 Cool 0 While Looking at Reviews for a Repair Shop
