The Washington Post, along with many other mainstream media outlets, confirms the New York Times report from Wednesday. The Times had reported through secondhand sources that some on the special counsel's team had complained to associates about the attorney general's public depiction of the investigation.
According to the Washington Post,
"Members of Mueller’s team have complained to close associates that the evidence they gathered on obstruction was alarming and significant. "It was much more acute than Barr suggested."
The Washington Post is also reporting that some members of the special counsel's team are saying about there report that,
"It wrote summaries for each section, which it believed Barr could release immediately and without a need to redact. Instead, he chose to summarize the report almost completely in his own words and didn’t even include complete sentences from Mueller’s report."
It is clear that William Barr, who was hired to become Individual Number One's "Roy Cohn" protecting The Suspect In Chief, as if the Attorney General was the lawyer for the President, not the people of the United States, is hard at work attempting to sanitize the special counsel's report keeping the truth from us for as long as possible.
