Complicated case. Some evidence in her favour, some evidence against her. Wonder how this will turn out.
One thing strikes me as odd though. The photograph of the broken glass. That doesn’t look like glass from a champagne bottle, that type of glass is usually green.
I’m not sure. It’s suspicious that she was unwilling to make a formal complaint at the time, and a photo of a shattered picture frame and a bruise is not exactly enough to convince me of his guilt.
No it’s actually not suspicious, despite what tumblr has drilled into your head it’s not feminist of me to say that most women don’t press charges a lot of the time even when they should. It may shock you to understand that it’s confusing because hey, she WAS in love with him…it’s hard to turn that off instantly. ONE day later she works up the courage but no ya’ll are basically BLMing out the wazoo and latch onto this one very common thing enough that you think she faked everything. That’s sad.
You’re believing one set of anecdotal evidence when another set proves the opposite. Then there are the witness reports, and physical evidence. Which are still in her favor.
