[Deadname] Segin, 18, of Woodbine in Cape May County, was charged because she was “endangering others and almost caused a catastrophe,” a Philadelphia police spokesman said. “It’s not an issue with the flag, the issue is being in a crowd of people and trying to pour lighter fluid on it,” he said. “It has nothing to do with the flag. It could have been paper.”
But sure, keep canabalizing yourselves with the the unnecessary remarks about cis white gays I guess
When your activism backfires completely and makes trans people look violent and insane…
when you literally start a fire that can cause harm with fumes and uhhhh FUCKING fire in public around a ton of people but you’re trans so it’s okay and being arrested is transphobic :(
Okay. Was she like surrounded by people or was she in an open/openish area?
There’s only one source for the story that I can find and it’s the one above. Regardless of whether she was in an openish area, if there were people around and she was attempting to pour lighter fluid on an already lit fire then it’s a safety hazard to the people around her.
“What do you mean I can’t set a dangerous fire in the middle of public space?? You must be transphobic!”
