**** TO BE KILLED - 5/9/2019 ****
ONE DAY. One measly day, Zeus's new family had him and dumped him at kill shelter. We've got news for ya, family - It takes longer than that to get to know a dog and it certainly takes longer than that for a dog to unwind and get use to their new family and living situation, especially after spending the first several months of their life in a home where they thought they'd be forever with their forever family. Zeus is just a pup, only 11 months old and already he's being betrayed and bounced around from one place to the next. What he needs is some stability, lots of love, consistency and training in his young life. German Shepherd's are very smart and loving and very loyal dogs and Zeus won't be the exception in the right hands. Please help us share this gorgeous pup for a second chance and the opportunity to celebrate his first birthday next month surrounded by family and love. (oh and lots of toys, tasty treats and kisses) <3

Brooklyn Animal Care Center

Zeus was placed at risk due to behavior concerns; Because of Zeuss previous bite incident coupled with reported behavior towards strangers (also observed in the care center), we feel as though he would be best set up to succeed if placed with an experienced rescue partner.
