Cars, Chick-Fil-A, and Dad: Chick-fil-A has 37 cars in line wait time -1
minute 54 seconds. Workers make it rain
condiments on me. Treat me like I am their
favorite cousin
McDonald's has 2 and 1/2 cars in line, wait
time 1st half of the NBA finals game.
Makes it seem like their condiments are a
brick of gold. Treat me like I am the step
dad they blame for their parents divorce

I think a big reason for the difference is staffing. You go to your average McDonald’s there might be five people running the whole restaurant. Your average Chick-fil-A has like 25 people on staff at a time. A literal army dedicated to top-notch customer service. It doesn’t matter how long the line is, I never wait more than about 10 minutes at max. They’ll have a team of people going outside and taking orders by the cars so they can have them ready by the time you get to the window. It’s a well oiled machine.
