I started this part of my weight loss journey about 9 months ago, although I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I lost most of the weight following a low carb-high fat diet.I also did a Whole 30 which helped improve my relationship with food and discover which foods my body tolerates the best. I have lost 60 lbs and hope to lose about 40 more for 100lbs total. I feel amazing right now and am learning to love my body at every stage of this journey 💕 @thebetteredblondie . .
