"Why has no one picked me?" INTAKE DATE – 4/22/2019
A little doll <3
Chanel would love to be an “ooh la la” but with her itchy skin, and red rimmed eyes, this baby girl is waiting for her veterinary make-over. Dumped by her parent, for who knows what, she is barely 12 months old, lost in the shelter system, and feeling pretty down. Sweet as the day is long, but shyly so, she hopes that a family will see beyond her temporary skin issue to the beautiful pup she truly is and the wonderful adult she will become in the hands of a loving, caring, committed family. Don’t let her sit there, dejected and lonely and uncomfortable in her skin. Foster or adopt her now and give her, her happy ever after. Every puppy deserves one. And Chanel, most of all. Message our page or email us at MustLoveDogsNYC@gmail.com for assistance.
A volunteer writes: "Sweet Chanel with the white fur and the dear brown little spots is a winner of hearts. This young, fresh pup seems shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, she becomes warm and affectionate and playful - with both humans and dogs. It's obvious that someone taught her some important home-manners, because she knows all the rules about going potty outside and walking nice on the leash. She's friendly when she's being bathed and brushed, and loves to follow her favorite humans around. She's got a nice medium energy level, knows "sit," and will come when you call her. Owing to some timid behaviors, her best forever home would have loving adults in it (over the age of 13) to help her relax and have fun!"
