Everything begins with the thoughts in your mind. You have a thought and you can either act on it, believe it, let it take root in your day, or not.
It's always your choice. So make sure that when a thought enters your mind you notice and ask yourself, "Is it kind, truthful, necessary, and helpful?" If the answer is no let it pass right through without stopping.
Always make sure you are never allowing hurtful, unkind, unnecessary thoughts to occupy space in your mind. An agitated mind is the source of your pain and suffering, not others.
