Memes, Acronym, and Scholar: The old SlaVeS Were killed for reading, the new ones won't read to save their lives. I spend half of the time bettering myself and the rest of the time teaching others :) People ask me everyday what books I read, as I won't debate with people on racism, or holistic nutrition, if they have read no books on the subject and just have opinions via the news and their poor education of the dichotomy. It's always the poorly educated and those who feel the most subconscious guilt who are the most in denial, but guilt helps nobody, you didn't create racism, yet some do benefit from it today. Memes, Alphabet, and Honesty: NOT SAINT WE ADDED brol ENGLISH NT WHORES So You WOULDNT WOMEN GET SCARED My favorite photo in 2017 at Women's March You love it when without a pen I write like this, words flow like rivers grow when glaciers cease to exist. Let's go all the way back to the source, which starts with stars & her eggs of course. Many men are confused & feel inferior, Infinitely shallow so stunned by exterior, Don't care for her mind but stuck on the rear of her, Try to get deep in her but never show depth near to her, It's plain you never spoke to her brain, trying to tame her body using shame left you insane. He called her slut, Whore & sket, yet she was openly poetry, she was growing & yet he was still alphabet. She wanted to lead you to a higher level, but you weren't ready for God so you became a devil, you tried to make her your wife just to devalue her life & when she ascended from hell you called her a rebel. This is the story of many beautiful Queens, broken Kings cheat, wedding rings keep incomplete dysfunctional dreams. His mistake was never listening, he saw her aura glistening, thought of marriage & him christening their newborn from her womb within, but she wanted more than his next of kin. She wanted to change this system of sexism, he wanted sex & of her less questioning. She wanted a change to female oppression, he wanted brains without fail & less of her questions. She wanted to be heard & seen as the goddess she is. He wanted her to be seen, not heard so he always dismissed, All of her suffering, even when she called him King, for years he couldn't hear her tears so she told him this... It is from me where all life is produced, I am reality without eye you will lose, all clarity, your vanity can't banish me, your insecurities won't vanish me, so you choose... Will you treat me with respect, love & intellect, or will you break your soul & neck trying to negate truth without regret. At some point honesty will interject, you will see women were correct balancing, these holistic cheques won't bounce or try to collect fallacy, I was before, I am now & I am what is next. With this his ego began to crumble, his words began to stumble, & he started to mumble. You have spoken honestly, I needed this humility, you are everything & more, the way of reciprocity. chakabars

Memes, The Following, and Be Happy: Bishop Eddie L. Long Passes Away At 63 @balleralert Bishop Eddie L. Long Passes Away At 63 - blogged by: @eleven8 - ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ New Birth Missionary Baptist Church’s senior pastor EddieLong died early Sunday morning, as confirmed by his church. He was 63 years old. The pastor was reportedly fighting stage 4 gastro-intestinal cancer. “As a man of God with unyielding faith, Bishop Long maintained his commitment to our Heavenly Father as he proclaimed that cancer would not kill his faith nor his spirit,” said the church in their statement. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I am confidant through my belief in God that my husband is now resting in a better place,” said Vanessa Long, Bishop Long’s wife of 27 years . “Although, his transition leaves a void for those of us who loved him dearly, we can celebrate and be happy for him, knowing he’s at peace.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Last August Bishop Eddie Long surfaced online with a much leaner physique. He credited his new frame to his new raw vegan diet. However, the following month it was reported that BishopLong had been hospitalized with what he referred to as a “health challenge.” Diagnosed with Stage 4 gastro-intestinal cancer, he was only given months to live. At the time Long was in good spirits and put all faith in the church and healthy eating. “I am recovering from a health challenge that I trust God to deliver me from. It is unrelated to the eating for life diet consisting of mostly raw vegetables that I am continuing, as part of a holistic approach to good health.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bishop Long’s daughter also shared some words on social media. “I don’t blame God for wanting you back, i would too. everything i do is for you, it’s been my honor to be your daughter. thank you for being the greatest example of a wonderful father & husband. You kicked cancers ass! Job Well Done my angel.” rip

Bones, Memes, and Protein: You don't need dead bodies for a good body Vegan Wholefoods plantbased Meat @chakabars When I decided to only eat plants I was worried that I'd get skinny, also just eating vegan foods doesn't mean you are healthy, you gotta eat wholefoods & eat 51% raw. I've worked in 3 Gyms. In gyms everyone is an expert. "You need to get your protein in" says every guy with muscles ever, "The best protein comes from meat, eggs & Whey" we are conditioned to believe that. It's a myth btw. Look at who made up this misinformation & why. Corporate personal training courses, run by people who have never known how to eat holistically, prey on our insecurities, then they sell you something. Meat & dairy companies tell you that you aren't big enough-or getting enough nutrients, then they sell you their products. Calcium comes from the earth, plants grow on calcium, turn them into a liquid assimilable to humans-animals, we eat the plants & get the calcium. If you eat calcium on its own from the earth-animal, it doesn't mean you are going to gain more calcium, the body unlocks these minerals in groups, you need to increase all the minerals to gain more of one. Plants are the best at doing this. Remember the got milk campaign? They were just chatting sh*t. Humans are not designed to drink the milk of a cow. We barely absorb the calcium in cow’s milk (especially if pasteurised), in fact it actually increases calcium loss from the bones! Explanation: Like all animal protein, milk acidifies the body pH which in turn triggers a biological correction. Calcium is an excellent acid neutraliser & the biggest storage of calcium in the body is in the bones. So the very same calcium that our bones need to stay strong is utilised to neutralise the acidifying effect of milk. Once calcium is pulled out of the bones, it leaves the body via the urine, so that the surprising net result after this is an actual calcium deficit. People with the highest rate of osteoporosis are the biggest milk-whey protein consumers. Eating meat for gains is pseudo scientific nonsense, research vegan body builders-weight lifters. Not to mention what is in meat, It cause mucus & cancer but you still wana eat it for the sake of vanity. The world health organisation said this, not me. Research it chakabars

Marriage, Memes, and Muslim: 8 Things to Strengthen the Husband-Wife Relationship @islam everyone 8 Things to Strengthen the Husband-Wife Relationship According to the Quran, the purpose of marriage is to attain sukun (tranquility and peace), which can never be achieved through impulsive sexual fulfillment unless it is accompanied by mutual love, affection, caring, and sharing, which are all part and parcel of a fulfilling and productive marriage relationship. Islam, as we know it holistically from the sources, is a balanced way of looking at things. Following are the 8 important factors that can Insha'Allah strengthen a marriage relationship in Islam: GOOD ATTITUDE A Muslim must always have a positive attitude toward life. We say, “Alhamdulillah” (Praise be to Allah) for whatever He gives us (or doesn’t give us). HELP Our Prophet (peace be upon him) stressed the importance of men helping their wives and Allah tells us the importance of women being mates and helpers to their husbands. This is a real “win-win” situation, if we just follow it. TRUST Muslims, men and women are ordered to be trustworthy and follow the example of our prophet (peace be upon him) as the “Trustworthy”. - RESPECT You get respect, when you give respect. This is mandatory for all Muslims toward all people, how much more toward the spouse? JOY Our prophet (pbuh) used to entertain his wife Aysha (peace be upon her) and she used to play and race with him. She said, “I used to out-run him, but then when I got heavy he used to outrun me”. He told us to play with our wives and have some fun. FORGIVENESS Clearly, this is one of the most important aspects of Islam. Whoever does not forgive – will not be forgiven. This comes from Allah, Himself. We must learn to forgive each others for a good relationship. TIME Spend time together. Go for walks. Take a bus ride. Visit a friend or someone who is ill (you get big rewards for that). Fast together on Mondays & Thursdays if you can. Make hajj – this is a great way to get a “new start” on life. WORSHIP Our prophet, pbuh, used to lead his wife in salat, even though he lived connected to the mosque. He told us not to make our homes like grave yards. We should offer some of our sunnah prayers at home. Photo from @reyhanphotography
