In the places where people are healthiest, scarfing down something from the microwave in the back room while your boss breathes down your neck on your 15 minute non-break would be outrageous. Having no time or energy to prepare dinner or relax because you’re so overworked is significantly rarer.  A glass of red wine is good for you, but probably not as important as the fact you get hours to appreciate it in the company of other people.
