Animals, Bad, and Bodies : It was kind of a dick move to create animals that require air, then confine them to the If you are talking about dolphins they used to be wolf like creatures that due to scarcity of food they had to hunt in water so they slowly evolved into water mammals, dolphins still have claw bones but they are unnecessary and dolphins will get rid of them with time and will develop abilities to breath under water (This also partially applies to whales) actuallyjuststealingmemes They were what now? hey quick question why are you making other people ook at this? like why did you think this was a necessary thing to show aryone else ether than yourself? please keep this horrible thing locked away as your little secret for the rest of time. thanks Mother Nature, come out here I just want to talk @elodieunderglass horrible things with legs? Thank you so muchilll Ancestral creatures are Gorgeous, Valid, Perfectly Reasonable things with legs. In regards to the first comment, most things in the ocean perform gas exchange anyway so it isn't that bold of a move in some respects it's kind of a fool's move of terrestrial animals to leave the saline bath hat life started off in, since we now have to lug our dumb bodies around, full of carefully our cells are just Like That regarding the second comment on this thread, dolphins are probably fine mostly as they are, and I would not expect them to lose attrib utes to demonstrate their "evolving/progress- ing away from their origins." People think that evolution is like an unstoppable escalator that either kills you or forcibly moves you from primitive things to sophisticated things, but it isn't. Things don't become More Thingish with Time, that's not how evolution works There is no particular evolutionary pressure on dolphins to lose traits that suit their lifestyles perfectly well, Most of the high-pressure challenges that wild dolphins face today-fishing activities, pollution, habitat destruction, food network disruption and climate change are not going to exert evolutionary pressure on remnant bones; and the act of breathing appears to be as natural to dolphins as, well, breathing. For example, being able to breathe surface air means that dolphins and whales can move through water that has very low quantities of oxygen (such as highly polluterd water) where fish cannot survive, because there is not enough oxygen diffused in the water to maintain a constant supply for fish; whales and dolphins can simply surface to take a gulp of air With enormous lungs that are adapted to holding breath for incredibly long periods of time, whales and dolphins can essentially scuba-dive to areas of the ocean that other animals cannot access, as well as eying up things above the surface of the water, Ina rapidly changing environment, with food/ climate/water all doing things they ve NEVER done before, this offbeat mammalian funk- iness may even be the key towards sticking around and surviving a weird period of history Anyway, these are Valid Historical Legges and evolution is not a straight line from Bad Animals to Good Progressive Animals. As evidenced by how excellent and powerful these ancestral beasties are. They may be ancestral but they are MAGNIFICENT pictured: a good girl, valid and perfect in her- self, a stage of someone else's evolution but also perfectly complete in herself, somebody's daughter and somebody's ancestor but also just somebody in her own right, perhaps not as good at swimming as the cetaceans of the future, but perfectly acceptable in her moment of history, and in all other moments Thank you for this articulate obliteration of the teleological madel of evolution and its associated messed-up ideology. This thing about dolphin evolution cropped up in my feed today.

Confused, Sorry, and Tumblr: 7 reviews nn2 weeks ago Unremarkable and I would not recommend, When we showed up they announced that their Sushi chef was "not there" and when we asked when he would return the waitress said "in a week or two". Since most of the menu is sushi or sashimi, this left most of the menu unavailable to us. What we had was OK but the yakatori was not seasoned correctly (too little salt?) and the salad in the bento was basically unseasoned cabbage and maybe something else. Even the rice servings were small and not cooked well. They advertise "healthy" but I would recommend many of the other restaurants in the area as being just a:s healthy. Helpful?Share Response from the owner 2 weeks ago Hola Tim, i think you are confused. We are a scuba diving company and look at fish underwater, we don't eat them, as sushi, sashimi or any other way. We never have "too little salt" as we are scuba diving in the ocean which actually has a great balance of salt in the water. As for the "healthy" aspectI would go with a yes as we are a sport which in general is a healthy lifestyle right? Again, sorry your sushi dinner and unseasoned cabbage wasn't good but I would double check where you post your review next time Pura Vida!!
memehumor:

We are a scuba diving company and look at fish underwater, we don’t eat them.

Best Friend, Bless Up, and College: You can see the meaning of the universe in those two eyes. So my lil homegirl sent me a link to this coffee made by Dark Matter that’s called Unicorn Blood. Tried it. Not gon lie, delicious. But Unicorn Blood? Y’all doin too much. U coffee roasters Bruv a lot of y’all getting real comfortable selling good (but not life changing) coffee for $15.99 a bag and I’m thinking I might come for y’all. Coffee is my thing and if I had the time and the roasting equipment, I could stomp y’all out completely. And I know what I’d name my coffee blend, too: Mermaid Period. Y’all think Unicorn Blood is rare? Y’all ain’t seen rare. First of all a Unicorn is just a horse with a horn. That sh!t low key basic. A good plastic surgeon could make one. If a plastic surgeon could make the Kardashians Black bruv? He could throw a horn on a horse nah that’s basic. Mermaids? Bruv that’s half woman half fish. Up top she a sexy, comely ginger with seashells on her Tetas. Waist down? All flipper. Where’s the Punani? Exactly. Even if a mermaid had a Punani (which she can’t because issa flipper), would she even have a period? How? Do she wear faded, washed 7,000 times, soft-as-silk (😍) Period panty granny panties over her flipper? Or do she just freeball it bleeding out her sweet, precious, mythical, menstrual magnificence into the ocean with reckless abandon so that if a random scuba diver named Aiden from Newport Beach with floopy blond hair is swimming by and perchance catches a glorious taste, his heart explodes with love and affection and his head pops off his body and his scuba diving companion William is at his funeral just like “I know y’all will never believe me because I used to drop acid when I attended college but my best friend died after inhaling Mermaid Period then his head popped off his body and a shark ate it good night 😢.” Bam. Straight like that. It will be beautifully rich, reddish in color, deliciously fragrant, and invigorating - just like regular Period (But I’ll call it Mermaid Period because y’all love it when these beverage companies are extra 🤗). Coming to your grocery aisle fall 2018. Starbucks, Peet’s and Dark Matter - y’all on notice. Bless up 🤗😂😂😂

Bailey Jay, News, and Control: On the evening of 2 May, 1986, six days after a massive explosion devastated the Lenin nuclear power station at Chernobyl, the damaged reactor was sinking and burning through its strengthened concrete floor and was in danger of collapsing into rooms flooded with water. This would trigger a nuclear explosion that would spread radiation across half of Europe and kill tens of millions. Later Soviet scientists suggested that a possible area of contamination could reach 200 km2 (77.2 mi), modern specialists are inclined to assert that it would take about 500 ousand years to eliminate the consequences of radioactive contamination from a potential explosion. Three men volunteered to dive into what they knew were lethally radioactive waters to open a release valve to prevent this from happening. They were the shift supervisor Boris Baranov, senior engineer of the control unit of the turbine shop two Valeri Bespalov and Senior Mechanical Engineer of the reactor department Alexey Ananenko. They are on the photo below: Ananenko and Bespalov Baranov is on the separate photo. pec yoicecmba oup of three men were and swim through the flooded chambers of the basement to the gate valve, twist it open and so allow the trapped water to drain out. It was a "suicide mission". Radiation was at lethal levels A gr r red to suit up in scuba-gear Il three returned to the surface suffering severe radiation poisoning, but were pleased to see their colleagues jump with joy at the news that the valves were nowo ey all died within days and were buried in lead coffins. The monuments to "Those who saved the world" was created in Chernobyl. Those who saved the world
