Let some of the positive memories flood back. . You might also try reminding yourself of strengths. Write down your areas of skill and strength. (Holy Grail to Weightloss) ▫️ 2.) ❌ Sugar, Soda, Breads, Starches, Grains, Carbs, Pasta, Boxed Food, Fried Food, Fast Food. Cow and Pork are on my do not eat List simply due to how fat the animal are ▫️ 3.) βœ… Turkey, Chicken, Fish, Miller, Quiona, Eggs, Veggies (Colors), Fruit (Tropical), Coconut Water (Good for popsicles), think eating and drinking food from the planet, not scientifically altered by man (Box stores) ▫️ 4.) When you cheat, don't lie to yourself saying you didn't! (You know what I mean) We all cheat at a point, it's simply to eat with something not as unhealthy, many new products and easy good to make for cravings. ▫️ 5.) Hold yourself accountable your actions. (Stop blaming others, take responsibility for ones actions.) I can't, Impossible, My life, all those are BULLSHIT excuses, I have been far worse off than many who read this, only you empower and hold you back. If you want to be lazy, be lazy then, don't judge others who take control, If you need help, ASK myself and many more are always taking time from our lives to help motivate others. If you truly want to help try take those steps you'll see it's easier once you start! ▫️ 6.) If you really want to change, you can & will if you try. It takes does time, sometimes weeks, months and years, yet, If I can do it, so can you! Remember why you set out to lose weight remember what inspires you remember what motivates you. We all need to be put in check. We need to be held accountable for our actions when it comes to eating and without the food log or knowing what you are eating what is the point of trying to lose weight when you may be letting your appetite run wild?
