Ali, Bloods, and Facebook: DID YOU KNOW? CUPPING THERAPY INDEED IN CUPPING THERE IS A CURE-THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD PBUH IGIFB HOLISTIC ALI THE SUCTION AND NEGATIVE PRESSURE PROVIDED BY CUPPING CAN LOOSEN MUSCLES, ENCOURAGE BLOOD FLOW, AND SEDATE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM (WHICH MAKES IT AN EXCELLENT TREATMENT FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE), CUPPING IS USED TO RELIEVE BACK AND NECK PAINS, STIFF MUSCLES, ANXIETY, FATIGUE, MIGRAINES, RHEUMATISM, AND EVEN CELLULITE Follow ➡️ @holisticali The Ebers Papyrus, written c. 1550 BC and one of the oldest medical textbooks in the Western world, describes the Egyptians' use of cupping, while mentioning similar practices employed by Saharan peoples. In ancient Greece, Hippocrates (c. 400 BC) used cupping for internal disease and structural problems. Cupping is the term applied to a technique that uses small glass cups or bamboo jars as suction devices that are placed on the skin. There are several ways that a practitioner can create the suction in the cups. One method involves swabbing rubbing alcohol onto the bottom of the cup, then lighting it and putting the cup immediately against the skin. Suction can also be created by placing an inverted cup over a small flame, or by using an alcohol-soaked cotton pad over an insulating material (like leather) to protect the skin, then lighting the pad and placing an empty cup over the flame to extinguish it. Flames are never used near the skin and are not lit throughout the process of cupping, but rather are a means to create the heat that causes the suction within the small cups. http:-www.pacificcollege.edu-news-blog-2014-09-20-many-benefits-chinese-cupping Cupping (hijama) is the best remedy recommended and used by the Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam). The Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, "Indeed the best of remedies you have is cupping (hijama)…" [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree (5371)]. He (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) also said that on the night of Israa (his ascension to the heavens) he (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) did not pass by an angel except that it said to him, "Oh Muhammad, order your Ummah (nation) with cupping (hijama)." [Saheeh Sunan Tirmidhee (3479)]. This shows the importance and greatness of this Sunnah. 'Hijama' in arabic is derived from 'hajm' which means 'sucking'. Cupping (hijama) is the process of applying cups to various points on the body by removing the air inside the cups to form a vacuum. Head, Memes, and Muslim: @aabs a To all hijabis who are wearing niqab/ hijab/abaya in this heat, may Allah shade you on the day that there is no shade but only His shade. 19/06/2017, 4:24 pm TO ALL MUSLIMS ♥️ . - Abu ad-Darda’ (Ra) would say: “Fast the very hot days in anticipation of the Day of Resurrection, and pray two rak’at in the darkness of night in anticipation of the darkness of the grave.” . - And it’s reported in the two ‘Sahih’s that he said: “You have seen us with the Messenger of Allah [صلى الله عليه و سلم] on some of his journeys on very hot days, and a man would hold his hand against his head due to the intensity of the heat, and none of them would be fasting except the Messenger of Allah and ‘Abdullah bin Rawahah.” . - And the narration of Muslim states that Abu ad-Darda’ said: “This was during the month of Ramadan.” . - When those who fast for Allah in the heat are patient despite their intense thirst, He will set aside a specific gate of the gates of Paradise for them. This is the gate called Rayyan, and whoever enters through it will drink, and whoever drinks after entering it will never be thirsty again. Allahu Akbar, Anaconda, and Beautiful: "The mansions in Jannah are built based on dhikr If you stop dhikr the Angels stop building the mansion." @islam everyone Below is a short list of some remembrances that you can incorporate in your day. The goal is to make these beautiful praises of the Creator come up from your heart and roll off of your tongue with ease. 1. Quran: Ultimately, the best dhikr is reading the Quran. Reward: You will be rewarded 10 rewards for every letter read. This prize basically illustrates the weight of the Quran in terms of where it should be in your life. 2. SubhanAllah or SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi (“I praise Allah (or All praise if to Allah) above all attributes that do not suit His Majesty.”) Reward: A tree will be planted for you in Paradise. Nice! Start growing your own forest right now! Another hadith relates that whoever says this 100 times a day, his-her sins will be forgiven even if they were as much as the foam of the sea [Bukhari]. 3. Alhamdulillah (“All praise is for Allah.”) Reward: Your scales will be tipped on the Day of Judgment, full of rewards! 4. SubhanAllah wal hamdulillah, wa la ilahaillAllah wa Allahu akbar2 “I praise Allah (or All Praise if to Allah) above all attributes that do not suit His Majesty. All praise is for Allah. This is no deity worthy of worship besides Allah. Allah is Great.” Reward: This combination of dhikr is the one most beloved by Allah, subhana wa ta’ala. When you say them, sins fall off of you like leaves off of trees. 5. La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (“There is no power or might except (by) Allah.”) Reward: You will enter through a special door in Paradise for those who oft use this remembrance. 6. SubhanAllah (x33), Alhamdulillah (x33), Allahu akbar (x34). Can be recited after salat and before you go to bed-sleep. (“I praise Allah (or All praise if to Allah) above all attributes that do not suit His Majesty. All praise is to Allah. Allah is Great.”) Reward: We know that this dhikr is said after each salah, but when Fatima the daughter of the Prophet came to her father requesting a servant to help with the household, the Messenger of Allah told her to repeat the dhikr before her sleep and the results would be better than having a servant. Family, Life, and Memes: IF ALLAH WANTS GOOD FOR A PERSON HE TESTS HIM WITHAFFLICTIONS gardenelthepieas Without a doubt, we will all be tested with sickness that affects our health, having our wealth taken away which affects our riches, being sad which affects our happiness, and having distress which affects the overall wellbeing of our state of mind. If we are patient hoping for the reward with Allah in return (for our patience), then we will inevitably reach the good that Allah wanted for us. - One of the most beneficial ways to cope with our trials is by following the footsteps of others who have been tested and continued to persevere, and to know that there are disasters in every household. If you and I were to search, we would not find a person that has not been tested. Either that test would be that they lost a loved one, or something undesirable happened to that individual. - Anas ibn Maalik narrated that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: “The greatness of reward depends on the greatness of the affliction, and if Allah loves a person, He tests them, so whoever is happy with that, then Allah will be happy with them, and whoever is angered by that, then Allah will be angry with them.” (At-Tirmithi 2396 and Ibn Maajah 4031) - Whoever is pleased with what Allah has tested them with will attain Allah’s pleasure and will receive plentiful reward, and whoever is angered by Allah’s test, panics because of it, and is not pleased with His decree, then such a person earns Allah’s anger and severe punishment therefore we must bare patience when faced with afflictions. - The wisdom of Allah dictates that this life will not be void of grief and distress. Whoever wishes to remain healthy and safe at all times without facing any afflictions has not knowing the meaning of “being held accountable” and has not understood the meaning of submission, for humankind in this life will no doubt be tested, either in their wealth, body, or family. @gardenofthepious ForeverTemporary

God, Love, and Memes: "OUR LORD! POUR OUT ON US PATIENCE, AND CAUSE US TO DIE AS MUSLIMS." AMEEN @islam teveryone Love Story Once a Muslim young man loved a Christian girl, they wanted to get married but her parents did not accept because he was a Muslim! It was a big dilemma for them! But they both loved each other sincerely and thought nothing should separate them. One day, the Muslim man got very ill and was dying, he was on the death bed. A friend of his was beside him, he told him: Say Shahadah, say La Ilaha Illa llah Muhammadun Rasulullah, but the Muslim man didn’t say it, he cried and told his friend: I’m afraid that if I die as Muslim I will not find my beloved in the hereafter!! So I want to become Christian hopefully I will meet her in the hereafter!! And he became Christian!! He came out of Islam, he became a murtad! And right after he went out of Islam he died! So he died as a non-Muslim. The girl that he used to love came asking about her lover, she found his friend, she asked him: Have you seen that person (her lover)? He sadly told her that he died! But he did not tell her that he went out of Islam (Apostated). She was very sad and cried, and said: I fear not to meet him in the hereafter, So I bear witness that there’s no God except Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah! She embraced Islam! Later on she died, and died as a Muslim and her lover had died as a non-Muslim, she won Paradise and lost him, and he lost her and lost paradise and got hellfire. SubhanAllah, one should remain steadfast onto Islam and keep the intention in the heart that I will live and die as a Muslim and stay patient over the hardships and calamities, and Allah will reward tremendously. ”Our Lord! pour out on us patience, and cause us to die as Muslims.” AMEEN

Blessed, Clothes, and Future: "Hold on to those who remind you of Allah MuslimOnTheMap MOTM The Best Companions . I was watching thia video on YouTube where it was said in that video, The Best companian is the one whose appearance reminds you of Allah, and whose speech increases you in knowledge, and whose actions remind you of the hereafter. - Do they remind you of Allāhﷻ? His Prophetﷺ? . Who do we spend the most time with? For most of us the answer "friends". Friends are the people we share things with, talk to regularly, and experience a large part of our life with and if they are upon jahilyaah chances are we are on that too on a level. . This is why the Prophet ﷺ said: “A person is on the religion of his companions. Therefore let every one of you carefully consider the company he keeps.”(1) . Most us commit sins on daily basis because of the encouragement we get from our friends like when they do stuff me and you just blindly join in, even when sometimes you dont want too. . Allāhﷻ says, “And (remember) the Day when the wrong-doer will bite his hands and say: Woe to me! Would that I had taken a path with the Messenger. Woe to me! If only I had not taken so- and-so as a friend! He has led me astray from this Reminder (the Qur’an) after it had come to me. And Satan is ever a deserter to man in the hour of need.”(2) - “Friends on that Day will be enemies one to another, except the righteous.”(3) . Prophet of Allahﷺ says, The example of a good companion and a bad companion is like that of the seller of musk, and the one who blows the blacksmith’s bellows. So as for the seller of musk then either he will grant you some, or you buy some from him, or at least you enjoy a pleasant smell from him. As for the one who blows the blacksmith’s bellows then either he will burn your clothes or you will get an offensive smell from him.”(4) . Brothers and sisters it is really important that we chose our friends wisely, u could be having the time of your living with them but in future the likes of you and have narrations but no ideas about it. The friends around you can either destroy you or make you among the best of people. - May Allah bless us with righteous company✨ - Ref (1)Tirmidhi (2)Qur’an 25:27-29 (3)Al-Qur’an 43:67 (4)al Bukahri & Muslim ✒@muslimonthemap

Memes, 🤖, and Sake: (Quran, 13:11) Allah Will Not Change The Condition OfA Person Until They Change What Is In Themselves. ardenoahebious In order to improve ourselves and to seek true contentment within our lives, we need to regularly observe our attitudes, reactions and thought processes. Do we spend our time wisely? Is it pleasing to Allah? Reflecting deeply to identify our flaws and our strengths is the beginning of making a positive change. - "Indeed he succeeds who purifies it (his own self). And he has failed who instills it with corruption” (Quran, 91:9-10) - In order to grow our relationship with others, we must communicate productively and be ready to apologise or forgive others for Allah's sake. Humility leads to strength and not weakness. - The Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Those who are merciful will be shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Be merciful to those on the earth and the One in the heavens will have mercy upon you.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 1924, Grade: Sahih) - With this understanding in hand, as well as the knowledge required for improving ourselves, we can achieve living an upright and peaceful life. - Eventually, we will come to see what really matters in life is our spirituality and closeness to Allah, in addition to the happiness, love and mercy we can provide to others. Once this has been established everything else falls into place by His mercy. - Lets reflect upon on our condition, Allah's help is near, but how near are we to Allah? @gardenofthepious

Memes, Messenger, and Narrate: Allah's Helpls Near. an-Nu’man ibn Basheer (May Allah be pleased with him), narrated: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) say, "Truly, in the body there is a morsel of flesh which, if it is whole, all the body is whole and which, if it is diseased, all of the body is diseased. Truly, it is the heart."' (Related by Bukhari and Muslim) - Life can be perplexing sometimes, like a very detailed jigsaw puzzle. One that contains many overwhelming pieces that we feel the need to place together alone, including a few other important pieces. - However this is where we go wrong, I can't explain how many times I am guilty of this myself. You and I, are not always responsible for putting all the pieces in the correct places, because Allah helps us along the way. That doesn't mean we must not make effort to put together the vital parts of the puzzle correctly, but there is a point where we must also have Tawakkul to fill in the missing gaps, and who greater is there to add the final touches than Al-Mutakabbir himself? - We often do more harm by trying to fix this puzzle on our own, due to expecting immediate results. And often this is why we feel doors close when we seek help from the creation, rather than The Creator. - Don't be afraid to ask Allah for help at any stage, and never give up on His mercy. Afterall, it is He who puts all the pieces of our affairs in their correct places, at the best time according to what He has already willed. - Of course at times we will deal with the calamities and heartaches, making it difficult and frustrating to solve the puzzle. But a few well placed pieces can go a long way. Seek Allah's help through prayers and sabr, and continue to show Allah your effort and it will all fall into place. And remember we are truly complete when we find peace in loving Allah and trusting Him. May this state of harmony ultimately lead you and I, in reaching our hopes and goals. @gardenofthepious

Memes, Revenge, and Arrogant: WHEN YOU ARE ANGRY BE QUIET ardemejilepieas The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If any of you becomes angry, let him keep silent." (Reported by Imam Ahmad, al-Musnad, 1-329) - "...anger is placed in the nature of a human being so as to keep harm away from himself and so that he can take revenge from the one who harms him. However, what is detested is excessive anger, as it disturbs one's soundness, makes one imbalanced and immoderate, such a person starts making wrong decisions which may even affect he who is angry more than the person he is angry at. - Anger is heat that spreads when something provokes one's anger, it makes the blood of desire boil to take revenge, and may even cause a fever. The main reason for anger is usually arrogance, for a person is never angry at anyone who is higher than him. That said, the cure for this is that the angry person changes his state; if he is talking he should be silent, if he is standing he should sit, and if he is sitting he should lie down, so that he may calm down. If he leaves the place immediately and leaves the one he is angry at, it would be better. (In reference of the Sahih Hadith found in Abi Dawud, 4782) - If an angry person does not become calm when his anger peaks, he may harm himself or the person he is angry at and he would certainly regret any actions he may take take afterwards. - To cure this disease one should envisage what he looks like when he is angry and what he looks like when he is calm. This is when he will know that anger is a state of insanity and immoderation. If he does that then he will see the ugliness of what he was about to do and therefore he will leave it." - 📕(Disciplining the Soul, Ibn al Jawzi, Page 51, 53-54)‎ @gardenofthepious

Jealous, Memes, and Muslim: Love for the sake of Allah is without a doubt the strongest type of love @islam everyone Love for the sake of Allah is without a doubt the strongest type of love. This is due to the fact that love itself can only exist, as long as the reason to love exists. For example, a man in love with the beauty of his wife will only love her as long as her beauty exists. If she loses her beauty due to old age or any other reason, his love for her diminishes. Whereas love for the sake of Allah, can never diminish as Allah himself is the ever-existing, the ever-living. Now the question arises, why should I love for the sake of Allah? What’s wrong with just loving? Well there are numerous narrations of the prophet (peace be upon him) and verses in the Quran which speak about the virtues of those who love each other for the sake of Allah. Hadith 1 [quotes]Anas reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) “Anyone who possesses three attributes will experience the sweetness of belief: that he loves Allah and His Messenger more than anything else; that he loves someone for the sake of Allah alone; and that he hates the idea of reverting to disbelief as much as he would hate being thrown into a fire.” [Agreed upon][-quotes] Hadith 2 [quotes]Mu’adh said, “I heard the Messenger of Allah, May Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, ‘Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, says, “Those who love one another for My majesty will have minbars of lights. The Prophets and martyrs will envy them.”‘” [at-Tirmidhi][-quotes] After reading these two narrations of our holy prophet (peace be upon him) it shows that this type of love is held very high in our religion and even the prophets and martyrs will be jealous of it. Now that we know what the strongest type of love is and its virtue, how do we love for the sake of Allah? Loving for the sake of Allah means to love for someone what Allah loves, and hate for them all that Allah hates. This means to enjoin good and forbid them from evil. Making them the best Muslim they can be and securing your future in paradise with them. As Muslims, paradise is our ultimate abode and getting there is what we strive for. Let’s start with loving for the sake of Allah because surely that is the ultimate form of love.

Love for the sake of Allah is without a doubt the strongest type of love. This is due to the fact that love itself can only exist, as long a...
