Johnson, Sylvia Rivera, and Miss Major Griffin-Gracy were at the forefront of the movement. As model and activist KhrystyAna puts it, “This is Pride month; a month we would not have without trans women of color.  Yet, despite half a century of progress, trans rights still fall behind those of others in the LGBTQ+ community, with trans women of color remaining the most vulnerable members of the queer community.“ KhrystyAna teamed up with photographer Amanda Picotte, model Seana Steele, and stylist Guvanch (all four of whom are part of the LGBTQ+ community) to create this photoshoot celebrating trans women. T he photos are part of the KhrystyAna’s Real Catwalk Project, dedicated to throwing out conventional beauty standards and championing inclusivity. During one of her shows, Nicki Minaj was performing her single “Barbie Dreams” and stopped in the middle of performing to address her ex-boyfriend Meek Mill, she had this to say, ⁣ ⁣ "Meek still be in my DMs, I be having to duck him," she told the DJ to "hold on," pausing the music, and she repeated the line again with emphasis. Nicki then continued to tell the audience: "I mean, I could tell you secrets but I won’t, 'cause being a bitter bi*ch is what I don't."⁣ -⁣ Meek Mill surely caught wind of the message and replied with this,⁣ ⁣ "Why you be sooo mad at me and not the people that came right at ya neck! I’m cool I’m doing good lol something is wrong here," he wrote. "Leave me alone you know I get a lil too out of control with the truth!" Meek concluded his response with, "Keep it classy."⁣ -⁣ RapTVSTAFF: @thatkidcm⁣ 📸 @nickiminaj: arap THREATENS TO EXPOSE MEEK MILL'S SECRETS'- ES During one of her shows, Nicki Minaj was performing her single “Barbie Dreams” and stopped in the middle of performing to address her ex-boyfriend Meek Mill, she had this to say, ⁣ ⁣ "Meek still be in my DMs, I be having to duck him," she told the DJ to "hold on," pausing the music, and she repeated the line again with emphasis.
