To this day I am shocked that Adam Sandler, of all people, was in one of the most romantic film endings ever.
Because they are in a horrific situation. She doesn’t get a miraculous Hollywood movie recovery. She’s disabled and always will be.
But they still manage to find happiness.
No, not kidding. The first time I watched this film I was thinking: ‘Oh, she’ll get another knock on the head and suddenly remember everything. It will be cheesy.’
I was pleasantly surprised when that didn’t happen.

Palestinians hold day of mourning after 773 ‘shot with live ammunition’
As far as I can tell, this statement by Jagmeet Singh is the only statement on this issue by any major political party leader in Canada.
Justin Trudeau (Liberal Party of Canada) and Andrew Scheer (Conservative Party of Canada) have said nothing.
Elizabeth May made a statement about how the shootings have ‘shaken everyone’ but no real condemnation.

There are two petitions being circulated right now that need your signatures. These two petitions will bring us a few steps closer to the restoration of the 2nd Amendment. The NRA will never bring attention to these because they are more concerned about raising more money than actually defeating the infringements upon the 2nd Amendment. Signing these petitions will force Trump's White House to respond.

Personally, I am shocked and quite dismayed at the lack of signatures on these petitions. Apparently, people are complacent now that Trump is in the Whitehouse.
There are a great deal of Americans who have been screaming "Molon Labe" and "pry them from my cold dead hands" for the past eight years. Today those same people can't be bothered to take 30 seconds to sign a few petitions to restore the 2nd Amendment to the framer's intent.
Don't be one of those people...Step up and sign these two petitions today and share them with your contacts.
