Fire, Goals, and Memes: what overthinking looks like @cleverinvestor When I first started as a real estate investor over 13 years ago I over analyzed everything. I wanted everything to be perfect because I was so scared I was gonna screw something up. So I bought course after course. I planned, took my time, and tried to get everything lined up perfectly. . Weeks turned to months and I just kept making excuses as to why I wasn't ready to make my first phone call, or go meet my first seller, or write my first offer. . I was my own worst enemy. I mistaken movement for achievement! I felt that because I was working on my business that I was actively working towards my goals but in reality after the first few weeks I was simply stalling and wasting time. . There will never be a perfect time to get started. My mentor told me that waiting for the perfect time to begin is like wanting to go on a cross-country road trip… And waiting for every light in the entire country to turn green at the same time. It's never going to happen. . Once I finally snapped out of over analyzation mode I finally started experiencing breakthroughs and eventually started making money. This is exactly what I want for you. . It's time to STOP overthinking and simply take massive action towards your goals. FIRE, READY, AIM. That's your new motto. . We cannot afford to wait any longer. Financial freedom is too damn important. Too many people are relying on you. Remember...your success is not an option...it's an obligation! ------------------ cleverinvestor codysperber realestate realestateinvesting mindset investor investments

Alive, Batman, and Beautiful: BECAUSE THEY LED TO YOU. DON'T BE BATMAN. FIND HAPPINESS PLEASE YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS. DON'T DO IT FOR ME, DON'T DO T FOR YOUR MOTHER. YOURE THE GREATEST GIFT THIS LIFE HAS EVER GIVEN ME, AND THERE S MORE I SHOULD HAVE SHARED IN THAT LETTER SO LISTEN TO ME BE A FATHER FOR YOUR SON IN A WAY I NEVER. COULD BE FOR YOU. LET THE BATMAN DIE WITH ME I was scrolling through instagram and saw on @dctext.posts page and I kid you not, tears started pouring down my face. I don't think you understand how emotional this single panel is. If you take Batman, arguably the most popular comic book character of all time (tied with Superman and Spiderman), and then have his dad tell him not to be Batman, that's beautiful writing. The sole purpose for Bruce becoming the Dark Knight is to prevent criminals to hurt or kill anyone else like what happened to his parents. Without his parents dying, there is no Batman. I mean Bruce could still grow up to be Batman if his parents were alive, but it's not the same Batman because he isn't driven by that anger and pain and suffering of losing his parents. Bruce's one weakness is his parents, he would do anything to have them back. It's been stated several times by multiple characters including Nightwing and Bruce himself, that he'd traded being Batman for his parents in a heartbeat. So when Bruce not only sees his father alive, but talks to him, that is the most emotional thing you'll see in comics. Period. There's not even an argument to be had on whether or not this is the most emotional scene in comics of all time, there's just not. And when Thomas says "Don't be Batman...Don't do it for me. Don't do it for your mother...Let the Batman die with me.", that hit us Batman fans like like a TRUCK. I wasn't ready for this, and I'm still not. Just posting about it is watering my eyes. This is probably the best scene in comics I've ever read. And this single panel is going to be historic. If you haven't read "The Button" you are SERIOUSLY missing out.
