I know a guy named Omar who founded a tech company, and it failed. He started a second one, and it failed. He started a third one, and it failed. He started a fourth one, and it failed. Just kidding! Omar sold dat bish to Google for $750 million. It's easy to quit. What's harder is looking back on the failures, taking them as learning experiences, and moving onward and upward. It's easy to pursue a dream, or someone you think is true love, and it doesn't work out how u want it, and u obsess over it. Wallow in it. "2016 SUCKED - IT WAS AWFUL - OMG PLS END." Do me a favor in 2017. Look back on whatever bad might have happened in 2016 and ask yourself what can be learned. What can be gained. It can't be all bad. Maybe u lost your job. Good riddance! Take the skills u gained, start that next gig, come early every day, leave late, dress better than your boss, ask for more responsibility, be indispensable, and take over. Maybe u met someone u thought was the one, but it ain't end up how I want. Maybe that relationship happened to teach u to compromise. To chill out. To not take little shit to the titty. U feel me? Let me tell u something that will be hard to understand now but it will make sense one day: even the setbacks are a blessing. Don't ever let the setbacks define u. Take ownership of them, reflect on them, and move ONWARD and UPWARD. In 2017 be thankful, be humble, and keep your eyes looking ahead. Ya get me! More success. More achievements. More thankfulness. More blessings. (More good sex. 🤓) You're just. Getting. Started. Bless up! 😍🙌: Little Husky @Dr Smashlove I know a guy named Omar who founded a tech company, and it failed. SofiaRichie, the daughter of Lionel Richie, says that people don’t seem to realize that she is black, and for that reason, they often make racist jokes in front of her. “I’m very light, so some people don’t really know that I’m black,” she told Complex. “I’ve been in situations where people will say something kind of racist, and I’ll step in and they’ll be like, ‘Oh, well, you’re light.’” She says that it isn’t a good enough excuse for people to tell her that she is light-skinned to explain away their racism. “That still doesn’t cut it, buddy,” Richie said. “It’s 2016 — you better get your s–t together before you get slapped out here.” 17thsoulja BlackIG17th: Sofia Richie: People who make racist jokes "don't know I'm black" RONROBI th Soulja4 SofiaRichie, the daughter of Lionel Richie, says that people don’t seem to realize that she is black, and for that reason, they often make racist jokes in front of her. “It’s 2016 — you better get your s–t together before you get slapped out here.” 17thsoulja BlackIG17th
