 to keep and bear arms.  We know this because that is what they wrote.

 <b>of the people</b>.  It’s right there in plain English.  This was 
later backed up and reinforced by the founding fathers in The Federalist

functioning as intended.  What it <b>does not </b>mean is heavily regulated by our government, which is what many gun-control advocates like to assume.</p>
