I wish I could knew this YouTuber channel.: Butt Connoisseur @SmooGoo Never. Work. For. Youtubers. THIS is what comes of the "exposure". I'm CRYING XD XD XD Late Christmas gift me also. I'm looking for artwork for my new YouTube channel. I need a banner, intro and outro cards and also reaction images of my character to use within videos (5 minimum). T also saw you do animations. I want 3 animations for my twitch channel (thumbs up, wave and blowing a kiss) and 3 badges. My character reterence is here Hi there! I'm afraid S50 is way to low for that amount of work. The animations alone, depending on how smooth you're wanting, would be between $40-S60 each. I'm actually incredibly busy with work right now and have a queue, so it might be better to look elsewhere for someone who's more free to complete your commissions for you:). (NOTE: tattoo MUST be correct, its incredibly sentimental). $50 This would be a great opportunity for you, I have many followers and you'd get a lot of fresh eyes on your work! Depending on how well you do, this could be the start of many future projects from me and I'm willing to throw in a couple of rts on your art to help you out also. ??? I wasn't offering to pay you, I was giving you the offer of paying me to be your promoter lol It's very reasonable fee given how big my channel is going to get. $45 is the lowest I'm willing to go, it's more than generous. You'll be sorry if you dorit take up this offer thought Need this done in 2 weeks. Look forward to working with you :) Show quoted text I wish I could knew this YouTuber channel.

Have you ever noticed how often the challenges we face also contains a blessing in disguise? If not, perhaps you haven’t been looking closely enough! Granted, life’s challenges usually seem like inconveniences when they interrupt our schedules, or get in the way of something we want to do. Isn’t that part of the reason we call them challenges? Everything changes when we learn to see life’s challenges in a whole new light. What if we could learn to see them as highly beneficial experiences, adventures in learning, or even as a blessing in disguise?🤔 - HERE are a few questions you can ask yourself when facing challenges: ✔️What can I learn from this? Too often we view a challenges to be annoying, when in fact it may hold a great opportunity to learn and grow! If we start by asking ourselves, “what can I learn from this experience?” it immediately puts a more positive spin on the situation. It allows us to discover something worth appreciating about our experience. It makes it possible to recognize true value that might have gone unnoticed, and to see opportunity and possibility instead of inconvenience and annoyance. ✔️How can this strengthen me? One major reason why a challenge might intimidate us is because we don’t feel capable of handling it. We may have a limited perception of our own abilities, so we automatically believe that the challenge is bigger than we are. If we learn to see each challenge as an opportunity to become stronger and more capable, everything changes. ✔️How can I use this to my advantage? More often than not, we tend to view a challenge as a disadvantage, but is that necessarily true? When something gets in our way, what do we do? Don’t we start searching for a different strategy to accomplish our goal? The challenge may prove to be a blessing if it helps us discover a better way to do something. Thanks to the challenge, we may be able to replace a flawed strategy with one that works much better. 👉Your attitude and perception are something that you create. They are not dictated by your circumstances. You always have a choice! 😉 - challenges success trouble millionairementor: WE DON'T GROW WHENTHINGS ARE EASY WE GROW WHEN WE FACE CHALLENGES. So you want the winners mentality? Read on!👇 ✔️Play to learn. How do you maintain a winning mindset when you lose? Champions have the mindset that if they lose, it is still a win because they learned something valuable. This allows them to interpret a seemingly discouraging experience as one that fuels determination. Look at times in your life where you have failed. Would you take that experience back in exchange for the lessons you learned? Likely, the future success you have had can be partially attributed to the wisdom you gained from your previous setback. You win every time when you play to learn! ✔️Risk = opportunity. An integral part of a winning mindset is seeing opportunity and risk as partners. In other words, you can’t have one without the other. I always wondered how some people found the courage to take risks continually. It’s because they understand that being risk-averse also means being opportunity-averse. Once I understood that, it became must easier to try something new and step out of my comfort zone. Here is why: I realized that risk can produce butterflies, but passing up a great opportunity will make you sick! It is all about how you interpret risk and opportunity. Can you guys relate to this one? ✔️Winning happens during practice. The will to win begins with preparing to win. “Practice like you compete, so you can compete like you practice.” ✔️They quit. People with a winning mindset make a habit of quitting! Now, I realize this seems a bit counterintuitive from what we believe about success. However, winners quit any attitude or action that is not moving them closer to their goals.
