Easter, Feeling Myself, and Friends: Ive been overweight for almost my whole adult life. Between toxic relationships & terrible life situations. I feel like I fell off my own radar, I no longer mattered like I should have. Until one day at a BBQ with friends I thought I looked good until I got home and saw all of the photos I was tagged in and just began to cry all night. But I decided the next day that I was going to get my life together! So I did. I started upping my water intake and really starting to watch what I was eating.I started to count my calories using the my fitness pal. And every few weeks would lower my limit. I went from 2000 to 1400 back to 1500. I also began doing 21 day fix at home workouts, until I found out about my Trainer. I went with a friend at the time and it was tough as hell, but I loved it. I wanted to do it. So I made no excuses.I started going 3 days a week, and every time I was there I could feel myself get stronger! It's been the best decision of my life joining up with him & getting my diet in check. I'm finally learning who I am & becoming the person I want to be. I still have weight to lose and will continue on the path I'm on because this is my life now, and I wouldn't trade it for anything!!So I'm down 145 pounds since Easter 2016. And 105 of that is from August 1st 2016 to August 1 2017. And I'm down over 80+ inches on my whole body @im_fixing_me . .
