Af, Basketball, and Bless Up: My girlfriend made me go with her to the flower shop. Wasn't thrilled until this dude showed up and sat in front of me. Reddit u/carl gordon jenkins @DrSmashlove Y’all know I don’t really obsess over sports but last night I seent a miracle. Vikings were losing to the Saints with 10 seconds left. A lot was riding on this game because the winner would go to the NFC Championship. Everyone thought the Saints had it in the bag. Case Keenum, the QB for the Vikings, throws a pass and it’s caught by a young brother named Stefon Diggs. When Diggs gets the ball, it’s five seconds left. In this situation, the receiver (Diggs) is suppose to immeejally run out of bounds so the Vikings could kick a field goal. Keenum yells “GET OUT OF BOUNDS!” Coach Mike Zimmer - only yards away - is yelling at Diggs: “GET OUT OF BOUNDS!” Saints safety Marcus Williams came in at four seconds left to take out Diggs - a fraction of a second after the catch - and ... he misses. If he had connected, and Diggs had fallen, game over. But God had another plan. Diggs landed clean AF, turnt around, and ran in for a touchdown. This was the first time in NFL history that a playoff game ended on a game winning touchdown as time expired. That’s not a typo - what Diggs did has never happened, ever. Plainly, the young brother made history. In the post game interview, Diggs said: “all I can say is, give it to God. Because without him, nothing is possible and I wouldn’t be here so...DAMN THAT SH!T FEEL GOOD!” 😂 Before I continue let me provide a little background on Diggs’ life. Diggs’ father Aron was a former basketball player. Aron signed his son up for football at the ripe age of five and mentored him to become the best player in the state of Maryland and the second best in his position nationwide. But Aron never even seen his son play high school football because he died when Diggs was 14. Since then, Diggs has assumed the role of a father figure to both of his brothers, Trevon and Darez. Diggs himself lost his father figure but he still stepped up. Because he had to. Because that was God’s plan. Sometimes on the way to realizing God’s blessings, you endure hardship. I believe that these tests prepare u for the blessing. Minneapolis stand up. Maryland stand up. All of those who give it to God when we chalk up a win stand up! Bless up ❤️

Basketball, Beautiful, and Bored: Savannah James Shares The Inside Scoop About LeBron James: "He ls Truly A King To His Queen" @balleralert LYO Read More: www.balleralert.com Savannah James Shares The Inside Scoop About LeBron James: “He Is Truly A King To His Queen” - blogged by @MsJennyb ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In public, LeBron James is the best basketball player on the planet and arguably the biggest athlete of our generation, but in private James’ role as King fits perfectly with the dynamic of his household, so says his wife. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “He is truly a king to his queen, if you will,” LeBron’s wife, Savannah James told the Cleveland Magazine. “He treats me with so much respect – I mean, it’s hard not to love him, with the way that he is with me and the kids and his mom and just everyone who’s around him. He’s a really, really humble guy for everything that he has and everything that he has done.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ James sat down with her hometown magazine to open up about their love and how they live a normal life outside of LeBron’s celebrity. The couple met in high school and at first, James had little interest in the superstar. At that time, LeBron was already one of, if not the best player in the area, who went on to grace the cover of magazines, be featured on Sportscenter and be drafted in the first round, straight out of high school. But it took a mutual friend’s encouragement for her to actually pursue him. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I’m like, ‘Um, nope. I’ll take his number [then] one day I’m sitting around – I was probably bored or something – and I’m like, ‘Oh, I forgot! I have this number for this guy that I can call. He seemed interested, so let’s see.’” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Since that moment, the two have been inseparable. LeBron proposed in 2011, and the two jumped the broom in 2013. They have three beautiful children, one, who is already a force to be reckoned with on the court. But together, the two raise their children to be kings and queen of the next generation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “They’re not rewarded for mediocrity. San Francisco 49ers, Basketball, and Cleveland Cavaliers: LeBron James Says Colin Kaepernick ls Being Blackballed Out Of the NFL @balleralert zar LeBron James Says Colin Kaepernick Is Being Blackballed Out Of the NFL– blogged by @MsJennyb ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ On Sunday, Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBronJames showed his support for ColinKaepernick and his fight for social justice. The baller, who has been deemed the “greatest basketball player on the planet,” agreed with the notion that league owners are blackballing the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I love football, but I’m not part of the NFL. I don’t represent the NFL,” James said, according to Dave McMenamin of ESPN. “I don’t know their rules and regulations. But I do know Kap is getting a wrongdoing, I do know that. Just watching, he’s an NFL player. He’s an NFL player and you see all these other quarterbacks out there and players out there that get all these second and third chances that are nowhere near as talented as him. It just feels like he’s been blackballed out of the NFL. So, I definitely do not respect that.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to Bleacher Report, since Kaepernick opted out of his contract with the Niners earlier this year, 42 other quarterbacks have signed contracts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “The only reason I could say he’s not on a team is because the way he took a knee. That’s the only reason,” James said of Kaepernick’s protest of police brutality during the national anthem. The movement began during the 2016 NFL preseason and has since expanded throughout different sports and continued through the 2017-18 season, despite Kaepernick’s unemployment. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I watch football every Sunday, every Thursday, every Monday night. I see all these quarterbacks – first-string, second –team, third-team quarterbacks-that play sometimes when the starter gets hurt or are starters that play. Kap is better than a lot of those guys. Let’s just be honest.”
