He told his student to beat infront of every one if he spilled even a drop of milk ofcourse the young man manged to walk without spilling a drop of milk and returned to the sheikh. sheikh asked : how many girls did u see on the way?? The young man replied : i didn't see anyone around me as my concentration was only on the glass of milk becouse i was scared of getting beaten up in infront of every one if i spill milk sheikh replied : The same is the case with a true momin - muslim The true believer is afraid of ALLAH and shame on the day of ressurrection if he commits a sin these believers protect themselves from committing sin as they are always focused on the judgement day !!! In order to properly hit your biceps from all sides you need to change up the force angles not just the exercises themselves. 2 - Change up the way you grip the dumbbell. Instead of holding the dumbbell in the centre, place your hand as far as possible toward your thumbside on the dumbbell. What this will do is force you to resist your forearm from pronating by compensating with your biceps as supinators. 3 - Make sure you squeeze at the top of your biceps curls. 4 - Use negatives and isometric holds to help stimulate the bicep muscles. 5 - Perform regular grip, hammer grip and reverse grip during your biceps curls. 6 - Drop sets are very effective at the end of your workout. 7 - Try out 21s. 7 curls bottom to mid, 7 curls mid to top and 7 curls bottom to top of the range of motion. If I took your brain and put it it another body, a faceless, nameless vessel, you would still be you. It is you who I want to know. Brother I don't care for your jewels and your money... They are not yours. There are plenty of men with biceps and abs. Sister I don't care for your status and your assets because these are things easily lost and transferable, to the next with lips and hips. Who cares for superficial beauty when your thoughts are ugly... Remember this; You are worth the universe itself, for without you there is no I. I am because we are, so let me meet you. I might be talking to you across Instagram but so what, there are no Boundries, no ultimatums, just deep connections with worthy concentration. Why are we here, what's your interpretation, I want to know from your experience. I want to know about your spirituality and how it manifests your thoughts.
