Fail, Life, and Memes: DO IT FOR THE PEOPLE HO WANT TO SEE YOU FAIL. How can you make it happen? Let’s go straight to the tips: ✔️Clearly define the dream. The more clearly you can articulate what you want, the better you’ll stick to it in the face of resistance. Get down to specifics. What does the dream specifically look like? How will you know when you have achieved it? Define this! ✔️Understand why you’re doing what you are doing. Why does this dream matter? There is no right answer to this question. The important thing is just that you can answer it, and that your answer excites you and moves you to action. The more compelling the reasons are that you want to achieve your dream, the stronger your resolve will be to continue. ✔️ Fight Your Inner Naysayer 😉 You might be your own worst naysayer. Our ‘inner naysayer’ is that voice that tells us that we can’t do it: we aren’t smart enough, we aren’t rich enough, we aren’t lucky enough, we don’t know the right people, etc., to be able to pull off our unique vision. Don’t listen! Substitute your inner naysayer with an empowering voice. ✔️Take Risks. Nothing great can be gained if you aren’t willing to take risks. Risk isn’t something to avoid, in fact it can’t be avoided. Even a ‘safe’ job has risks. What is safe about it? There is more to life than just money. There is fulfillment and engagement. A lot of time the safe jobs don’t have fulfillment. Learn to embrace and enjoy taking risks. - IF you like the millmentortips drop a comment below!👇 - naysayers success motivation risks millionairementor

Her role as “Mammy” in the film “Gone With The Wind” earned her the Oscar for “Best Supporting Actress” in 1940. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Despite the film’s success and eight Oscar Awards, McDaniel, along with the rest of her black castmates weren’t allowed at the premiere of the film in Georgia. The color of her skin also caused for McDaniel to not be allowed to sit with the rest of the nominated cast at the Oscar Awards, but allowed her a seat in the back of the venue. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to Variety, producers of the film, AaronMagnani and AlysiaAllen got their hands on the rights to Jill Watts’ published biography, “Hattie McDaniel: Black Ambition, White Hollywood” to help them with the film. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Though people in the black community criticized her for playing roles that they felt fed into racial stereotypes for African Americans, McDaniel served as a pioneer and example for aspiring African American actors and actresses for generations to come. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Considering the fact that the first black man to receive a golden globe for best actor in a TV series happened just a week ago, this biopic is a big deal, and long overdue. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Continue to rest in peace Ms. McDaniel and congratulations.

Af, Basketball, and Bless Up: My girlfriend made me go with her to the flower shop. Wasn't thrilled until this dude showed up and sat in front of me. Reddit u/carl gordon jenkins @DrSmashlove Y’all know I don’t really obsess over sports but last night I seent a miracle. Vikings were losing to the Saints with 10 seconds left. A lot was riding on this game because the winner would go to the NFC Championship. Everyone thought the Saints had it in the bag. Case Keenum, the QB for the Vikings, throws a pass and it’s caught by a young brother named Stefon Diggs. When Diggs gets the ball, it’s five seconds left. In this situation, the receiver (Diggs) is suppose to immeejally run out of bounds so the Vikings could kick a field goal. Keenum yells “GET OUT OF BOUNDS!” Coach Mike Zimmer - only yards away - is yelling at Diggs: “GET OUT OF BOUNDS!” Saints safety Marcus Williams came in at four seconds left to take out Diggs - a fraction of a second after the catch - and ... he misses. If he had connected, and Diggs had fallen, game over. But God had another plan. Diggs landed clean AF, turnt around, and ran in for a touchdown. This was the first time in NFL history that a playoff game ended on a game winning touchdown as time expired. That’s not a typo - what Diggs did has never happened, ever. Plainly, the young brother made history. In the post game interview, Diggs said: “all I can say is, give it to God. Because without him, nothing is possible and I wouldn’t be here so...DAMN THAT SH!T FEEL GOOD!” 😂 Before I continue let me provide a little background on Diggs’ life. Diggs’ father Aron was a former basketball player. Aron signed his son up for football at the ripe age of five and mentored him to become the best player in the state of Maryland and the second best in his position nationwide. But Aron never even seen his son play high school football because he died when Diggs was 14. Since then, Diggs has assumed the role of a father figure to both of his brothers, Trevon and Darez. Diggs himself lost his father figure but he still stepped up. Because he had to. Because that was God’s plan. Sometimes on the way to realizing God’s blessings, you endure hardship. I believe that these tests prepare u for the blessing. Minneapolis stand up. Maryland stand up. All of those who give it to God when we chalk up a win stand up! Bless up ❤️

Clock, Disappointed, and Fresh: KEEP GRINDING YOUR DAY IS COMING! Keep grinding, even if you don’t feel like it! No matter what kind of work you do, you'll always have days you don’t feel motivated. Running a business is exciting and challenging, but also boring and mundane sometimes. It’s human nature to get distracted, frustrated and disappointed now and then. The key is knowing how to get back on track so your business doesn’t suffer. 🤔 ✔️Make a schedule. Not reporting to an office every day or punching a clock can be an amazing thing. It also can pose a tremendous challenge. You can wake up when you want, take breaks when you want, eat when you want and stop working when you want. With so much autonomy, it's important to discipline yourself by setting a daily schedule. That’s key! ✔️Take breaks throughout the day. Design your daily schedule with short breaks in mind. Limit each to 10 or 20 minutes, or you risk getting swept into a sucking hole of unproductivity. These breaks are particularly helpful if you're struggling with a problem. Take a step back, focus on something else, and come back with fresh eyes. Consider taking a quick walk outside or engaging in some other form of activity. Get a glass of water, meditate or surf social media to shift your mindset. ✔️Take advantage of flexibility. Nowhere is it written that you have to stare at a computer screen in your own home or workspace every day. Try changing it up: Work from a coffee house one day, a library the next and a park the day after that. Changing your scenery will keep you on your toes and might even pique your creativity. ✔️Think about the future. You set goals when you first started your business, and you know you must continue to adapt those objectives as time goes on. If you feel yourself procrastinating or getting distracted, ask yourself how meeting those goals will affect your future. Where do you want your business to be in six months, a year, or five years? How will your daily work help you achieve your ambitions? And how much better will your personal and professional life be once you reach each milestone? KEEP grinding! Your time will come. - success grind millionairementor

Almost 316,000 lives were taken and more than 1.5 million have had to relocate. According to a new report from the United Nations, there are currently 2.5 million Haitians who are still suffering from the aftermath. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The 2010 Haiti earthquake was not just a simple natural disaster. Since then the people of Haiti have struggled with continuous famine and are forced to live in impoverishment. They’ve also been exposed to the sometimes fatal cholera epidemic. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Haitians continue to suffer years after the earthquake,” U.N. Humanitarian Coordinator Mourad Wahba, who has worked in the country for two years, told The WorldPost. “People lost their friends and family. I see the pain in their faces when they talk about it now. It’s a very long healing process.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to reports, over 300,000 Haitians were harmed back in 2010, and the earthquake left 3.3 million with a lack of food supply. More than 80 percent of public housing was destroyed, hundreds became homeless and were forced to live in “tent cities.” School and government buildings were ruined, as well as farmland, decimated crops and irrigation canals. Haiti was once known for its strong agriculture, for which the country relied on. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “There are still about 55,000 people in camps and makeshift camps,” noted Wahba. “Many are still living in unsanitary conditions due to displacement caused by the earthquake. I just caught my boyfriend sleeping with my best friend. How he go cheat on me with his lil d*ck?” Then two days later, she posts how much she loves him and how he’s sent from heaven. Girl bye! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When we log onto social media, you never know what to expect. Nowadays, people are posting their ex’s private parts, text messages, the other woman’s sonogram, and etc. Now, after you have shared everything with the world, you get mad when someone tells you the truth about how dumb you are. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The world wouldn’t comment if you would just keep your personal life to yourself. We wouldn’t know your man’s penis was small if you didn’t tell us. Now that you have taken him back, we’re looking at you crazy. “Damn, I guess his cheating d*ck grew overnight?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you are going through situations in your relationship, keep it to yourself or call a friend, preferably one that’s not sleeping with your small d*ck man. But, handle your situation without us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now, by all means, if you want our unfiltered opinion, then continue to post. We just want you to understand that although you forgave your lying girlfriend or cheating boyfriend, we haven’t. We are sitting back like, “ Damn he dumb as hell. Children, Dating, and Fall: Timing Is Everything So Don't Rush The Process @balleralert ver 5 Timing Is Everything So Don’t Rush The Process-blogged by @peachkyss ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As we get closer to a new year, many of us are jotting down new goals to work towards. If you were not able to accomplish your goals this year, don’t become discouraged. There’s still time to accomplish those goals but it’s going to take hard work and persistence. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are many things on our list that we want right away but it’s all about timing. It doesn’t matter if you are venturing off into entrepreneurship, dating, or preparing to have children, you have to trust the process. Understand that things come when we least expect it, so to ensure that we are ready, we must prepare ourselves physically, mentally, and financially. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For example, there are many people who think they are ready for marriage, at least that’s what they say. But, are you really ready? Are you dating a potential husband-wife? What type of job do they have? How is their credit? Do they want children? Asking yourself realistic questions ensures you that you are ready for the next step in your life. You want to be ready and you want to make sure that your potential is ready as well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Don’t be so quick to rush into a situation and find yourself stressed, miserable, and unhappy. The process of anything we want in life takes time. Jot down your goals as well questions related to your goals. Try to answer them honestly. If you are not able to answer them, then continue to plan and prepare until you can. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When the time is right, everything will fall into place. Trust the process and continue to believe in yourself.

She made her first generous donation to Lily Olive Cosby, a five-year-old girl from Eagle Rock, California, who was recently diagnosed with leukemia. Aiko visited Cosby's home with a $15,000 check in hand to cover the little one's medical bills. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When speaking with Billboard, Aiko says, "This Christmas, I decided to gift my family with the 'WAYS Foundation,' something my family and I have had in the works since the passing of my brother," She expresses. A Dream, America, and Beautiful: Memphis Black Santa Brings Joy To Across The South People @balleralert Memphis Black Santa Brings Joy To People Across The South - Blogged by @tktrinidad ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Raymond Conley, 65, has been the resident black Santa for the past eight years at Southland Mall and people have been traveling to Memphis to see him. "Not to be funny, but they want to see a black Santa. They come from Texas, St. Louis, Atlanta. They want their kids to see a black Santa," Conley said. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ About 63% of the Memphis’ population is black, according to the U.S. Census and it’s pretty cool to see a Santa that is relatable to the population. The general manager Michael Rixter, of the Southland Mall, agrees, "we have at least 10 calls a day from people asking if we have Santa here. The second question they ask is, 'Is he black?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There has been black Santa’s across America since the 1940’s. The Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn got its first black Santa in 2016 for four days, which expanded to nine days this year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Believe it or not, before Conley donned on the Santa suit, Rev. Larry Lee Love Sr., 66 was the first black Santa in 1997, "Me and my wife were mall walkers. And they were putting up decorations, and advertising Santa, and we kept passing that big, beautiful red-and-white Santa chair with that white Santa, and every time we passed it, seemed like something would come over me." Love said. Back then, Love just worked for the mall, but these days everything is a business including being Santa. Conley works for Cherry Hill Photo Enterprises Inc which puts together the whole Santa experience. The company makes profits off of photo packages and sends Conley two spanking new suits every week. Dating, Head, and Love: Stop Trying To Get Closure From Someone That Has Clearly Moved On @balleralert Stop Trying To Get Closure From Someone That Has Clearly Moved On -blogged by @peachkyss ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We have all been in relationships that have either ended abruptly due to certain situations or ended without any kind of explanation. Many feel that certain questions have to be answered on why the relationship ended or what changed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There is nothing wrong with receiving closure from someone that you once loved or probably still love. If you have questions, just ask. Don’t continue to hold off on asking and then you’re left wondering what could have been or should have been. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The issue is that some people wait to receive closure when their ex has moved on. Why do you need the closure now? Trust me, I understand that some people move on quickly and it bothers you. But, for those that wait months, possibly years to get your closure, it may not be such a good idea to get that closure. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Who’s to say that they aren’t in a happy relationship at the time? Will your closure complicate things for you even more once you have a sit down with them? You have to ask yourself, “Why do I really need this?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Closure does make you feel better but having a conversation with someone that you have mixed feelings about, will f*ck with your head and it’s easier to just let it go. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve actually read some of our reader’s comments telling others to write a letter to the person, read it out loud, and throw it away. It could work. Maybe some people just need to get everything out and off their chest to feel complete. It doesn’t matter how you receive your closure as long as you don’t wait so long that your ex has either began dating or gotten married. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Find another outlet, so that you can move on and be happy. Don’t sit around wishing and hoping for someone that’s taken. You will only hurt yourself in the end.
