I think that many people with mental health issues (myself included) downplay what they’re going through. I’m an 8 right now. If I hadn’t seen this chart tonight I’d keep denying my struggle. Now I have to face it. Reblogging for my followers. My own mental health took a bit of a nosedive last week. Take care of yourselves. Take care of each other. ♡♡ FYI for any who need it. Please seek help. This is clarifying for me. A 6 is a good day. I live at a 7-8. This summer I spent a lot of time at 9. (Yes, I have an excellent therapist and a lot of meds, this is just the way it is.) Your mental health is affecting almost all parts of your life You're at a critical point. You aren't functioning anymore. You need urgent help. You may be a risk to yourself or others if left untreated The worst mental and emotional distress possible. You can no longer care for yourself. You can't imagine things getting any worse. I’ve seen some comments on this being like “Oh he’s way too active this isn’t how severe clinical depression works!” which makes me a little sad because implying everyone’s experience of depression must be just like yours is insulting. This comic is about how depression still deeply affects me despite my attempts at a normal life but that it becomes almost mundane, you take a break to cry and scream and feel sorry for yourself but then you have to go back to doing whatever. I have almost no energy but I gotta live. Saying you need to constantly be at your lowest and most dysfunctional in order to have Real Clinical Depression isn’t realistic. artofalynn: Breaking in a new tumblr. It’s been such a long time since I put any art online but decided to get back to my roots with an Inuyasha redraw! This series captivated me as a child and was the anime that  inspired me to become an artist. Every now and again I love to pay homage to it. Expect more in the future.Chose this scene after binge watching The Final Act and while I’ve seen it before, this time I paid a lot more attention to the smaller moments that were kind of glossed over. Koga’s second to last time on screen is saying goodbye to Kagome, the girl he’d spent the whole series professing his love for and trying to court. He even tries to cheer up a dejected Inuyasha and tells Kagome that she’ll have to look after him. *Clenches fist* Bruh.
