I don’t know of any, so I’m only speaking from what I know.

Because women are not the ones being stifled creativly. They can freely talk about what ever they want and people wouldn’t DARE mention it. I shit you not, any conversation or joke about rape is laughed at when it comes from a woman. But a man?!

We sit on the comfy side of this outcry. We aren’t being effected so why should we bother speaking out? We get more praise and attention when we turn against each other too. The moment we decide to put on the feminist label the more people flock to get an interview with us. The more we are called ‘brave’ or ‘progressive’.

On the flip side if we speak AGAINST this social wave, we get swept up in hate and anger. People start writing nasty things about us, damaging out careers. That’s the big difference and it’s why you hardly ever see female stars doing this. They get slammed.
