This order was placed on behalf of your gallery and was delivered to the Lisson Gallery in London at 11:38 am on the 13th of December. Shortly after which your gallery provided Mr. Kapoor with the substance and on the 23rd of December 2016 Mr. Kapoor posted a photograph on Instagram showing he was indeed in possession of the substance, he also included the captionย โ€˜Up Yoursโ€™. The comments on this post clearly demonstrate the negative impact such a gesture has had upon a wide community. He needs to say sorry for hurting everyoneโ€™s feelings.
I remind you, hoarding colours and stealing other peopleโ€™s colours without asking nicely isnโ€™t big -rd itโ€™s simply bad.ย 
I said I think it would be best to resolve this matter amicably without this silly business escalating any further. However, if we are unable to resolve this in a timely and grown up way I am fully prepared to take further action which will no doubt become stressful and expensive.ย

The girl cut her hair once so that she could have bangs. The mother disapproved and decided to cut off 15 of her hair as punishment. The girl later again decided to change her hair style and the above was the result; she shaved her daughters head.
Having a few personal experiences with this kind of invasive behaviour it really hurts to see someone go through these kinds of things, where the parent tries to live vicariously through their childs life, to attempt to shape them and make their decisions for them depending on what THEY would do and give their child NO independence or self expression.
Thankfully, this mother thought her actions were 100% justifiable and posted it to Facebook as a bit of a โ€œhaha, teach my kid a lessonโ€ and has been hit with brutal recrimination from her community and has had visits from Child Protective Services.
For so many young (and older) girls their hair is their self expression, and in several months I hope this girl will have hers back.

Children are not their parentโ€™s possessions.

This causes them to ignore the blessings and rewards of the hereafter, and desire for fame and prestige in this world; thus fall into riya. Allah will humiliate all such people on the Day of Resurrection. - Jundub narrated that The Prophet (๏ทบ) said, โ€œHe who lets the people hear of his good deeds intentionally, to win their praise, Allah will let the people know his real intention (on the Day of Resurrection), and he who does good things in public to show off and win the praise of the people, Allah will disclose his real intention (and humiliate him). (Bukhari, 6499) - In the Quran, Allah says (translation of meaning): โ€œWould one of you like to have a garden of palm trees and grapevines underneath which rivers flow in which he has from every fruit? But he is afflicted with old age and has weak offspring, and it is hit by a whirlwind containing fire and is burned. Thus does Allah make clear to you [His] verses that you might give thought.โ€ (Quran, 2:266) - Here Allah has compared the good deeds of those who practice riya to a beautiful, lush garden that is burnt by a fire, while the owner stands by, incapable of stopping it. This is what happens to good deeds that are wasted. How can Allah, the Most Wise, accept deeds if they are not performed for His sake?
