        Ass, Bad, and Bitch: HOW DOMINO'S PIZZA
 TRACKER SAVED A LIFE
 This is a story of why dating bipolar girls is not a good idea and how the
 Domino's Pizza tracker saved my life
 I have always been on the fence when it comes to Pizza Hut Vs. Dominos.
 I don't eat enough pizza from either to really have a concrete answer of
 which one makes a better pie. I can tell you one solid truth... As my last
 relationship ended and the lies, scandals and deceptions came out, after all
 was said and done, my psycho ex girlfriend did teach me one VERY
 important thing
 ALWAYS choose Domino's over pizza hut.
 I had been having trouble with my now Ex-girlfriend for quite awhile, I won't
 go into details, but let's just say she went crazy. I thought, simple: I'Il just
 break it off
 Wrong
 One Friday night, around 8:00pm, after a long week of work and incessant
 phone calls/psychotic voicemails from the unbalanced EX, I decided I was
 going to stay in, which one any weekend night is abnormal for me. Usually
 on weekend nights that I am in, I usually am cool with a movie, a 6 pack
 and a pizza. I had been ordering from Pizza Hut the last few times, but after
 a constant bombardment with Domino's WEVE CHANGED OUR SHIT,I
 SWEAR WE RE AWESOME NOW ad campaign, I decided to give it a
 shot
 Around 8pm, I went online to order my pizza I built a modest 2 topping
 medium pizza, and placed my order. You have to love how far we have
 come in the delivery pizza world
 Immediately afterwards, I was introduced to the piece of a software that
 would save my neck
 The Pizza Tracker
 Pizza tracker? Fuck yeah, the pizza tracker. If you don't know what the
 pizza tracker is, then get your ass online right now and order a pizza from
 Domino's It's the equivalent of a loading bar on a web browser, except at
 the end of the loading you get a delicious pizza

 This is where the night got interesting.
 I am on my couch, one eye on "Parks and Rec the other on the pizza
 tracker displayed on my lap top that joined me on the couch.
 We had just entered stage 2. Prep.
 KNOCKI KNOCKI KNOCK
 For a split second I thought, "woh that was fast, Iput my order in 10
 minutes ago and pizza tracker says it's still in stage 2
 By the end of my thought, the door swung open
 Guess who
 Yep, it was my psychotic EX. Knife in hand, she starts threatening to do
 some pretty awful things. I try to stand up, she freaks. I stay on the couch
 and attempt to calm her down. She goes into a hysterical rant about us
 getting back together, ya right, and I glance at the pizza tracker
 Stage 3. Bake (Juan is putting your order in the oven)
 She goes on while all I can think is GO JUAN GO!!!GET THAT SHIT IN
 THE OVEN
 l try to calm her down, I stand up and she freaks out and tells me "SIT THE
 FUCK DOWN!!
 She continues on her violet outburst and I tell her we can work things out
 hoping to get her to calm down. It's no use.
 I decide I need to try and get to my phone. l inconspicuously try to look for
 my cell phone. Dammit! I left it my room. I am screwed. I am dead. The
 pizza man will get blamed for this! Oh, the poor pizza boy will be wrongfully
 blamed and get life in prison for what this unstable bitch is going to do to
 me
 STAGE 41 BOX
 FUCK YEAH! They are boxing up my pizza. Get your ass over here
 She continues on for another 5 minutes. Trying to make eye contact,
 glancing at the pizza tracker every second she looks away
 Stage 51 DELIVERY Alejandro is delivering your pizza
 GOD SPEED ALEJENDROIII MY LIFE AND YOUR FREEDOM RELY ON
 THIS
 Knowing that the Alejandro is on the way, I try and just keep her talking, but
 the more she talks the more enraged she gets. I try to interupt, but that just
 makes things worse
 It's been 10 minutes, Alejandro should be here any time
 She continues, she is yelling at the top of her lungs about the things we
 could have been. I am still banking that Alejandro will be here any second
 and save the day
 10 more minutes go by
 Alejandro GET YOUR ASS IN GEAR
 SHE IS OFFICIALLY FREAKING THE FUCK OUT. She puts the knife up to
 her wrist and then takes it away. I am panicking. Where the fuck is
 Alejandro! Pizza tracker tells me we're still in stage 5. FUCK YOU PIZZA
 TRACKER, YOUVE BEEN IN STAGE 5 FOR 25 MINUTES!!!! I will never
 order from Domino's again!!! After this thought I immediately think to
 myself, I will be dead, so I will probably never order another pizza again.
 Right then, the cops come in. At gunpoint they calm her down and obtain
 the knife. Alejandro had shown up to the door wide open and saw psycho
 with the knife and went back to his 98 Honda Accord and called the cops.
 Domino's pizza literally saved my life. They should change the name from
 the pizza tracker to the savior tracker
 Alejandro is the true definition of a hero. In a way, Alejandro is the 5th ninja
 turtle. He showed up, accessed the situation, didnt panic, and saved my
 ass from the bad guys. Oh yeah, and he brought a fucking excellent pizza
 too.

 These books dealt with themes that adults do not fully understand or wish to. It
 dealt with racism, classism, sexism, homophobia, prejudice, and general
 ignorance. These books taught us that it doesn't matter how you were raised, but
 at you get to choose to be kind, loyal, brave, and true. They taught us to be
 strong u
 nder the pressures of this world and to hold fast to what we know to be
 right. These books taught me so much, they changed me as a person. So just
 ause they're set against a fantastical backdrop with young protagonists does
 not mean that their value is any less real

 First book Starts with the double murder of a pair of twenty-one year olds who
 e much missed and leaving their baby son a war orphan
 abusive conditions that would give Cinderella the horrors. Dealing with peers and
 teachers who are bulies. The fickleness of fame (from the darling of Gryffindor to
 the outcast.) The idea that there are things worth fighting and dying for, spoken by
 the child protagonist. Three children promptly acting on that willingness to sacrifice
 their lives, and two of them getting injured doing so
 Second book. The equivalent of racism with the pro-pureblood attitude
 by an eleven year old girl being groomed and then used by a charming, handsome
 older male. The imbalance of power and resultant abuse inherent in slavery. Fraud
 perpetuated by stealing something very intimate.
 Plot driven
 hird book: The equivalent of ableism with a decent, kind and competant adult
 being considered less than human because he has an illness that adversely
 affects his behaviour at certain times. A justice system that is the opposite of just.
 Promises of removing an abused child from the abusive environment can't always
 be kept. The innocent suffer while the guilty thrive.
 Fouth book: More fickleness of fame. The privileged mistreating and undermining
 the underprivileged because they can. A master punishing a slave for his own
 misjudgment, and the slave blaming herself. A sports tournament which involves
 mortal risk being cheered by spectators. A wonderful young man being murdered
 y because he was in the way. A young boy being tortured, humilated and
 nearly murdered.
 Fifth book: PTSD in the teenage protagonist. Severe depression in the
 protagonist's godfather, triggered by inherited mental health issues and being
 forced to stay in a house where abuse occured. A bigoted tyrant who lives to crush
 everyone under her heel, torturing a teenager for telling the truth in the name of the
 government (and trying to suck his soul out too). The discovery that your idols can
 feet of clay after all. An effort to save the life of someone dear and precious
 actually costing that very same life. The loss of a father-figure and the resultant
 guilt
 Sixth book: The idea that a soul can be broken beyond repair. Drugs with the
 potential for date rape are shown as having achieved exactly that in at least one
 case, resulting in a pregnancy. Well-meaning chauvinism trying to control the lo
 life of a young woman. Internalised prejuidce resulting in refusing the one you love
 out of lack of love but out of fear of tainting them. The mortality of those that
 seem powerful and larger than life
 Seventh book Bad situations can get worse, to the point where even the
 end up suffering and afraid. More internalised prejudice and feaf hysterical terror of
 ting those you love. Self-sacrifice and the loss of loved ones, EVERYWHE
 se who are bitter are often so with a reason. The necessity of defeating yo
 inner demons, even though it's never as cool as it sounds. Don't underestimate
 those that are enslaved. Other people's culture isn't always like your own. Things
 often come full circle (war ending with the death of a dearly-loved pair of new
 parents and their orphaned baby son living with his dead mother's blood relative
 instead of his young godfather). Even if all is well' the world is still imperfect,
 because it's full of us brilliant imperfect humans.

 I love this. You totally kinda ruined frozen for me but i really enjoyed this a lot more than
 the actual movie. And you really got me thinking about a lot. Being an attractive young
 woman, I understand what is like to be seen as nothing more than a sex doll. I also know
 what it is like to use that to my "advantage" to "get over" the system. HELL I even know
 what it is to suffer mental illness, only to be told bu my parents to ignore it. HOWEVER,
 despite all of this I feel like I have learned more lessons from everything that has
 happened in my life. Thank you so much for posting this. Honestly I want to make a

 I love this. You totally kinda ruined frozen for me but i really enjoyed this a lot more than
 the actual movie. And you really got me thinking about a lot. Being an attractive young
 woman, I understand what is like to be seen as nothing more than a sex doll. I also know

 When my grandfather was young he owned a
 roadside motel, and my mother used to do work
 around the motel for the family. The building was old
 and they had bad pipes, so visits from the plumber
 were a fairly regular occurrence over there
 At one point they had a clogged toilet after a guest
 checked out, so they called the plumber to come
 and clean it out. The plumber came in with his bag
 of gear and set to work, but the clog was stubborn
 After a few tries, he decided he needed to get the
 snake
 I don't know if you've ever seen a serious plumbing
 snake, but the big ones are a sight to behold. This
 isn't a little crank auger, it's a full-on electrical
 powered snake with a big motor on the back and a
 little grabby claw on the end
 So he fires up the snake and sends the metal coil
 down into the pipes with the claw closed, figuring
 whatever's down there he'll just bump it a bit, push it
 down the pipes until it clears - but this doesn't
 happen either. Finally, in frustration, he twists the
 control to open the mechanical claw at the end of
 the coil, closes it on something, throws the motor in
 reverse and starts to pull it back up

 By now a couple of members of the staff have
 gathered in the room to try and tigure out what the
 hell got flushed down the toilet that this giant
 machine couldn't remove. The motor is really
 straining you know that sound an electric motor
 makes when it's working really hard? The whole
 machine is struggling to pull whatever this is back
 up through the pipes and into the roonm
 Finally, after an extended wait, the object is slowly
 dragged, sopping wet, out of the toilet bowl - and it's
 a shower curtain,
 The staff is dumbfounded. They're trying to figure
 out how this could have happened. It would be
 weird enough if the guest had ripped the shower
 curtain down and flushed it down the toilet, but the
 shower curtain in the room is still there. It would be
 even weirder if the guest had brought their own
 shower curtain to the motel and tried to flush it down
 the toilet, but it's clearly one of their shower curtains.
 Did they try and steal the shower curtain, leave with
 it, then feel guilty and come back only to find that
 the shower curtain had already been replaced, and
 then flush the shower curtain down the toilet to hide
 the evidence?

 While they're discussing this, the room phone rings
 The person on the other end is screaming,
 hysterical, so it takes a few minutes for them to
 figure out that it's the housekeeper who was
 cleaning the rooms. After a few moments, the
 manage to get the story out of her:
 The snake had missed the clog entirely. Rather than
 spiraling down into the plumbing where it was
 intended to go, it had wound its way into the central
 line, and then back up the pipes in the room next
 door. It spiraled its way up, out the toilet bowl, and
 then started flailing wildly around the next-door
 bathroom like a Lovecraftian nightmare made of
 steel, knocking things off of shelves and clattering
 furiously around the room. Then, while the hapless
 housekeeper watched in horror, a metal claw
