Bitch, Crazy, and Gangsta: Model Files Multi-Million Dollar Lawsuit Against Cardi B for Wrongful Use of His Photo on Mixtape Cover @balleralert ARDIGANGSTA BITCH MUSIC VOL.1 Model Files Multi-Million Dollar Lawsuit Against Cardi B for Wrongful Use of His Photo on Mixtape Cover-blogged by @thereal__bee ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ According to TMZ, CardiB is facing a lawsuit from the guy pictured on her first mixtape cover. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Model Kevin Brophy, is allegedly suing Cardi and her managers for the wrongful use of his photo. The model claims he never posed for the photo and never signed off on the usage of his image, especially in a sexual manner. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ On the cover of Cardi's mixtape, "Gangsta B**** Music Vol. 1,” the cover shows a shirtless guy, with detailed tattoos, performing oral sex on her as she drinks alcohol. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Brophy says the guy in the image is him. He said he didn't even know his image was used until a friend said "how crazy is it that you're 'cunnilinging [sic] this rapper called Cardi B..'" ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ According to new court docs, Brophy's involvement with the photo got even weirder when his toddler son asked what his father was doing in the picture. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Brophy also says in court docs that he's never met Cardi or even spoken to her team, however, he knows that the tattoo is his, as it shows a detailed tiger battling a snake. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Brophy is suing for at least $5 million.
