U can also loom for hidden buttons flush with a divice that dont seem to have any use or see if the object had any kind of unessisary port (with the coat hanger u can slide it off the wall and its on the back) theyre usually not hard to find but just placed in a way that noone ever thinks to look.

What’s a “half-mourning” dress?  Mourning in the front, party in the back?

Half-Mourning was the third stage of mourning for a widow. She would be expected to mourn her husband for at least two years, the stages being Full Mourning, Second Mourning and Half-Mourning. The different stages regulated what they would be wearing, with Full Mourning being all black and with no ornamentation, including the wodow’s veil, and the stages after that introducing some jewellery and modest ornamentation. When in Half-Mourning you would gradually include fabrics in other colors and sort of ease your way out of mourning.

What’s a “half-mourning” dress?  Mourning in the front, party in the back?

Half-Mourning was the third stage of mourning for a widow. She would be expected to mourn her husband for at least two years, the stages being Full Mourning, Second Mourning and Half-Mourning. The different stages regulated what they would be wearing, with Full Mourning being all black and with no ornamentation, including the wodow’s veil, and the stages after that introducing some jewellery and modest ornamentation. When in Half-Mourning you would gradually include fabrics in other colors and sort of ease your way out of mourning.

This is because as you go wide, a muscle called the ADDUCTOR MAGNUS comes onto stretch.↔️ . The adductor magnus attaches from the pelvis and inserts onto the back-inside of the femur. It adducts and extends the hip, so going into a wide squat, where the hip is abducted and flexed, places it onto stretch. This is one possible reason why you may get a butt wink in the bottom of the squat as the pelvis gets pulled under.↪ . So in order to create more mobility and integrate it into our positions, we're going to use some isometric holds. . 🔸️Sit back into the wall and open the hips as wide as possible. The wall allows us to relax and focus on getting into the stretch. 🔸️Once you have the stretch, hold the glutes tight and rock off the wall and try to hold. 🔸️Hold for a 10 count, keeping the knees pulled out the whole time. 🔸️Stay at that depth or sink lower if you can and repeat the 10 count hold.
