My little sister’s birthing is PRIME example of this! My parents ended up suing a hospital because Instead of the doctor being the one to deliver my little sister some random nurse did it. And SHE cut the umbilical cord (From where I come from that is the father’s duty) A janitor walked in right before delivery while my mom was in stirrups (business all out) to “mop the floor” They didn’t get my mom the right dosage of anastasia And to top it all off My mom literally KICKED that bitch of a fuckin nurse because on my mother’s paper work it say she is ALLERGIC TO LATEX!! 👏🏾AND👏🏾 WHAT👏🏾 DOES 👏🏾THAT👏🏾 BITCH 👏🏾WEAR👏🏾?!? LATEX GLOVES!!! My father had to run to the CVS across the street to buy a box of non-latex gloves for them to use because they didn’t have ANY non-latex gloves in the ENTIRE FUCKING HOSPITAL!!! I wish I were making this up. I wish I could just be like “lol jk” But my mother almost lost her life in birth because the hospital staff didn’t listen to her the SEVERAL TIMES she was trying to tell them something was wrong.

It was a variation of a username she'd used for AIM before, but with different numbers and no underscore (the numbers were a significant date to her though). There were too many coincidences in her posts for it not to be her. She was posting on the relationship advice sub- reddit. Her (now ex-) husband was abusive. We'd known something was off about him, but couldn't really put our finger on it. I created another ac- count that I only accessed from incognito mode to send her encouragement to leave, and to ask her family or friends (but kinda steered her towards us) for help. She didn't want to impose or be a burden on any of them (we'd just had a kid, and I make a bunch of money but we live well within our means so you wouldn't think this based on ap- pearances, so it was an understandable concern) I slowly, over several weeks and several different posts she made, convinced her that it's possible her family realizes something isn't quite right and would not consider it a burden to help her out. After their divorce I deleted that account, Nobodv will ever know that the random internet stranger who was weirdly persistent in encouraging my SIL to reach out to her family for help and leave her abusive marriage was actually me. Baseball, Church, and Club: Heather Boyer is with Kennedy Boyer. Thursday at 7:08 PM Today my daughter changed her profile picture. After maybe 5 minutes I get a text.." I didn't know she was dating a black boy, did you? lt took me all day to think up a response, which l didn't send personally but thought I would share for anyone else that "may not know" Yes in fact I did know, but the color of his skin doesn't define who he is. What does define who is he is how he treats my daughter. I see my daughter dating a boy that comes to my house and shows me nothing but respect (a big deal in my book). It's always Yes Ma'am, No Ma'am, we talk about football and baseball, he tells me bye when he leaves, and has not once shown me a lack of manners or respect. I see my daughter dating a boy who treats her good He takes her on dates, to ballgames, out to eat..not to a club or partying on the weekends. I see my daughter dating a boy who takes her to church with him. Every Sunday. He plays in the band, she sits with his family. How many young men these days make church a priority? None of the others have He doesn't hit her, cuss her, lie to her, or make her cry. Would I rather her date a white boy that did, to keep from her dating another race? Absolutely not. So that's my response to the question I was asked And I know people have their own opinion, but at the end of the day, the fact that my daughter has someone that loves her and treats her like a queen makes me happy. That's something I've never had in my life and I'm glad she does. thought I’d share this.
