Just out of curiosity, let’s compare it to some similar diagrams regarding female armor design that we shared or linked before…  …Wait, which parts were supposed to overlap, again?  Uh… ~Ozzie Personally I can think of more places to hurt people, and even more if you’re using a weapon like say… a dagger. But strangely almost none of them are in the protected areas… isn’t that strange? - wincenworks Throwback for today: helpful diagrams of exactly how protective a bikini armor is of the most vulnerable body parts. ~Ozzie: WHeRe TO HIT in a FIGHT Temple and jaw: good for a knockout punch, but are near the skull and can be dangerous if you miss. Nose/Eyes: Messes up the senses and distracts opponant. Neck: Can mess up breathing, talking, and the spinal cord Kicks are less effective here, and make it easier for your oppo- nant to throw you off balance. Don't try unless you're an expert. Inner Elbow: Can disable the opponant's arms. Solar Plexus: Hard to hit, but very effective Liver: causes dizzyness, immediate pain, and loss of breath Kidneys: I think we can all agree that peeing blood is unpleasant Groin: Ouch Outer/Inner Thighs: has pressure points, and can buy you enough time to hit a better area. Knees: throws oponent off balance & permanently disables them Note: Strategically, the head is the best area to hit, but it is also the most difficult. The sharp bones of the skull mean that a missed hit can break or dislocate your fingers. If unsure of where to aim, a hit to the torso will probably damage at least one major organ. Lastly, remember that they don't need to be unconscious foryou to "win" a fight. Running while they're dazed stops further injury to both of you bikiniarmorbattledamage: bikiniarmorbattledamage: What a useful resource to what parts of human body need to be prioritized when it comes to protection! The Swedish neo-nazi movement Nordiska Motståndsrörelsen (NMR, ‘Nordic Resistance Movement’ (Wikipedia link)) uses the tīwaz/Týr rune as their logo, basically the way the American National Socialist Movement uses the ōþila rune. In Sweden (where in some places runes are even still taught in schools) people are particularly disturbed by the usurpation of their history and culture and fighting back to reclaim the Týr rune has been an effective rallying point for undermining the nazis’ message by promoting knowledge about the things they lie about in order to stake a claim that they are representing their cultural heritage (link is in Swedish). The above protest was attended by members of Samfundet Forn Sed, Heathens United Against Racism (with some overlap between the two), and the guy pictured above was protesting with Vikingar Mot Rasism ‘Vikings against racism.’ The movement “No Tiw for Nazis” is on Facebook.
