Ferrai has this bullshit agreement that if you buy one of their cars new off the lot, you have to sign a contract saying you basically don’t own the car and have to uphold their brand standards with it. It’s sets a startling example of not owning something despite buying it and the court needs to use this as a chance to strike it down as unethical. This shit again? And I thought it was bad enough with ford and john deer telling farmers they didn’t own the tractors they bought from them…. Yeah, they have this really unethical clause in the purchase contract you can’t modify the car or do anything with it that they’d consider “unbecoming of the brand”, which is why they were able file this suit. It seems kind of bizarre at first until you realize how horrifying that is in the age of “do you own what you buy?” being a huge a debate (especially in tech). This is pretty much Ferrari’s philosophy from the start, they are extremely prideful of their cars like if they were made from God’s hands or something. They are very snobby, infact the owner of Ferrari doesn’t like the people who buy their cars since because they are bought for “status”. They also never test their cars on public tracks in comparison with other racing cars like when they wanted to test out the Porche 918 Spyder vs The McLaren P1 vs LaFerrari. Take a guess who bailed out on the performance test. Just an update Lambo are the perfect people to jump in on this because they make insane cars and they are never above clowning them up because Lambo are all about THE DRAMA ™ It’s worth noting that Ferruccio Lamborghini, the founder of the company originally only made tractors. His company became successful and at some point he bought a Ferrari, but had a complaint with the car. He ended up taking this complaint to Enzo Ferrari, himself, who told the man he did not take advice from a mere tractor maker. Four months later the first Lamborghini sports was birthed out of pure spite. I’d like to this somewhere he’s enjoying this immensely.  FUCKING P U R R A R I: galexion: missanthrory: deathcomes4u: frommetrunui: frommetrunui: scaliefox: post-office-box-847: scaliefox: diarrheaworldstarhiphop: This is a serious issue though. Repost @denise13dd ・・・ A dog that got loose during HurricaneHarvey has become a hero after a picture of him carrying a bag of dog food went viral. German shepherd mix Otis, from Stinton, Texas, got loose during the hurricane on Friday night. Salvador Segovia, 65, was watching Otis, his five-year-old grandson Carter's dog. Carter had fled the city because of the flooding.Segovia realized Otis was gone Friday night and even though he tried calling his name, Otis didn't return, Chron.com reported. On Saturday morning, Segovia noticed a bag of Otis' dog food was gone from his porch, so Segovia drove around the neighborhood to look for the missing dog. Meanwhile, neighbor Tiele Dockens saw Otis carrying his bag of food and took a picture, which has since gone viral. She captioned the picture: 'This dog is walking around Sinton TX carrying a entire bag of dog food with him. LOL refugee'. The snap has since had 21,700 shares, 2,000 comments and 8,500 reactions by Saturday night.Added to the end of her caption, Dockens wrote:'PSA: Owner is found. He is not a stray he just got out on his street. Dogs name is Otis' (sic). Thankfully, Segovia was able to find Otis and bring him home before Carter returned. According to the grandfather, Otis has helped comfort five-year-old Carter, who has had numerous hospital visits for seizures and asthma. He is also well-known in town. 'Otis can go to Dairy Queen and he can get a hamburger,' Segovia told Chron.com. 'He's the only dog allowed to lie down in front of the county court house. He also goes to H.E.B. He's not a stray. Halo update: This is a fbf pic from just a couple weeks ago before the left eye had to be removed. When her fur grows back from Tuesday's surgery I'll post a current pic of her. Right now it would just make everyone sad. I'm happy to report though that she's finally getting around and showing big improvement. The first couple days had me worried because she wasn't bouncing back like when the first eye was removed. I guess that's the difference between coming back with partial sight to coming back with none at all. We still have a long way to go with her understanding-trusting my verbal guidance but once she stopped resisting my light tugs on the leash (to take her out for a walk) we navigated down the porch steps together and down the walkway to the grass. It's still a challenge for her to figure out which way back home is (or she's just being stubborn and fighting me) but I'm giving her lots of time to just lead me around so she can sniff and feel her way. Inside she is navigating much better than I expected. Her biggest downer right now is the cone which I give her breaks from especially when I need her to get up and move (like going outside). I need to leave it on though so she doesn't paw at the surgical site. Once the cone is back on she acts like it immobilizes her which it doesn't. She's a Shiba and "drama" is their middle name. I have to pick her up to take her to her bed even though she can easily find her food-water on her own w-o it on 😂! She's a character! 🐕 When some of the neighbors came over when I had her out last night she was so happy with her tail curled back around and wagging. I know now that she will be just fine after as much time as she needs to adjust to the blind life. Thank you to everyone who shared your experiences and sent love and encouragement. 😘Reading stories of your blind dogs (esp those who weren't born blind and lost their vision) were very helpful in lifting my spirits and hope. 💞 Next week I'll start posting regularly again. It's just been a long couple weeks. Happy that the worst is behind and she's improving more daily. Thanks again for all your support! I filmed whatever it was this evening facing due west over Buxton, Maine from my rear bedroom window which over looks a pond in my backyard. I opened the window to elminate any reflection. Some have mentioned seeing a "wave effect" in the video resembling distortion similar to filming a TV screen with a cell phone. If you look closely, that is the window screen moving as I pan the phone to follow the lights. I noticed one single bright light phase in and out of my peripheral. Then I saw a second one a minute later, so I grabbed my phone and caught this. Winds at the time we're blowing SSW. These were heading east, eliminating Chinese lanterns. It lasted just over a minute. I hurried outside to film them from my front porch but they had already phased out for the most part except for a straggler or two. FAA-ANG reports rule out drones, night jumping-sky diving, military flares, and a Russian satellite re-entering the atmosphere, which was reported off the coast of Massachusetts, not over Southern, Maine. Wind rules out Chinese lanterns. I suggest doing research to compare videos. YouTube has a plethora of videos for comparison. Search Chinese lanterns, meteors, etc. I'm not concluding extraterrestrial life. It could have been a undiscovered naturally occurring phenomenon, ball lighting, earth lights, atmoshohere plasma, etc. Other witnesses have come forward including a neighboring town clerk and an off duty police officer among many others whom also observed the phenomenon."
