tikkunolamorgtfo: TFW your boyfriend is a 17th Century Catholic vampire who is NOT OVER™ the Glorious Revolution of 1688.: Me [25F] with my boyfriend [25M] of seven months. He has VERY bizarre opinions and I want help understanding him, and getting him to understand how others see him Relationships submitted 7 hours ago by throwaway47273747483 have been with my boyfriend, Henry, for around 7 months now, and he's an amazing guy etc. I really see this developing into a long and very serious relationship. There are no big problems or red flags. One thing that gets me though, are his political opinions. They are esoteric, somewhat incomprehensible, and frankly, bizarre. He is an ardent monarchist (we are in the UK) but not in the typical use of the word (ie liking the Queen being an impartial head of state), he literally believes in the divine right of kings and that it is the only natural form of government. He claims to recognise no monarch since James ll, and apparently the real legitimate successor is some guy called Francis who I've never heard of, who is also supposedly the rightful king of France and Greece. He never votes, saying he has no desire to assist his monarch in their choice of servants (which is technically how the UK government works, the Queen "chooses" whoever wins the election). He expressed disgust at Prince Harry's recent engagement, I pressed him as to why (I was slightly worried it was racist in nature) and he said both Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton are commoners who have no business marrying royalty, then made some remark about the Royal Family being a "ghastly bunch of arriviste Germans anyway, so I suppose it doesn't matter". It's just strange. It's like his worldview is so odd and so far removed from anything I can even begin to understand. I can name the current major Royals and a few of the more important historical ones, whereas he is an absolute expert. He will passionately debate anyone who wants to, though again it just makes him look strange. Friends at dinner will be discussing normal, contemporary political issues, and he will interject and go on some tangent about how this all relates to "King John's submission to Papal authority in 1213". He does seem to genuinely believe this stuff, but it gives an odd impression to those around us. No one can really reply beecause they don't know what he's talking about so he definitely gets the feeling he's winning these debates (he's far too well-mannered to be rude about it, but it's certainly an unspoken truth in his view) tikkunolamorgtfo: TFW your boyfriend is a 17th Century Catholic vampire who is NOT OVER™ the Glorious Revolution of 1688.

I told her no it's not Johnny you must have the wrong number. She then proceeds to read my phone number back to me and I told her that the number she was calling could not be correct because it was my number. She then said she was sorry and hung up. She called again right after that. I told her no it's still me. She then would call me about once a week and I would have to tell her that she had the wrong number One time she called and I asked her how she was doing, she told me about her day, the noisy neighbors, her favorite TV show that she watched this afternoon and whatever else she wanted to tell me. She then asked me how my day was and I told her. She asked me how the kids were doing and I told talking to Johnny. I never told her I was Johnny but I never told her I wasn't. She would call about once every two weeks and the conversations usually went the same. When she asked about the kids I would tell her about mine She would talk about the last time she had seen them they were just little boys playing baseball in their cute uniforms. When I told her they were all grown up now she would remark that they grow up so fast. About six months ago I stopped getting phone calls. To be honest I really didn't think about it until I heard a commercial on the radio that sounded a lot like her. Then wondered what had happened to her. Well tonight when I got home from my men's meeting my phone rang and it was her. She told me that she had been ill and was in the hospital but she was much better now and home. She told me that they did not want her to come back home but she told them I've lived alone for 44 years I live alone just fine for the rest of my years. She then told me about her day about the noisy neighbors and about her TV show. She then told me she had to go because it was her bedtime, but we will talk again soon. Well curiosity got the better of me andI decided to do a reverse look up to see if I could find anything out about my mystery lady. Well I found her, she lives in the city& is 108 years old. I also found out her name for the first time because I never asked. Her first name swhich coincidentally was my grandmother's name. Her Johnny passed away about 23 years ago. I got this phone number about 21 years ago. So she very well may have had that correct number. It may have just been reassigned to me. I am looking forward to my next phone call from my friend Saw this post on my uncles facebook, made my day. via /r/wholesomememes https://ift.tt/2QEBAi0

fragilefox: bemymonument: bemymonument: My best friend had a horrible top surgery experience, and his surgeon doesnrsquo;t seem to care. He is raising money to get a second opinion and (hopefully) another surgery to fix what his first surgeon did. Anyone can look at these pictures and realize that is NOT right. So even if you cannot donate, please reblog and share this. My best friend is entirely broken over this and is strongly fighting a deep depression because of it. He deserves happiness, and was so close to finally reaching it before this happened. I want nothing more than for him to love himself when he sees himself, including with his shirt off. I have waited my whole life for this surgery and I couldn’t wait to see the final results. I was supposed to get my surgery done with Dr. Doreen Ganos, a transgender specialized surgeon at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI, she was amazing at what she does and had great results. Sadly two weeks before my actual surgery she ended up passing away. I got passed onto a surgeon who was taking over her patients. I met with him and he had nothing but great things to say, one of which was “my goal is to have minimal scarring for you, so when you are on the beach no one will question your chest”. Any trans guy would jump for joy at that remark so I felt very confident still going through with surgery with him. However, the outcome turned out not what I expect nor have I ever seen before, as pictured. The surgeon chose to not use drains after the procedure, he stated that it was not necessary. He also didn’t leave me with any sort of binding after the surgery other than this sticky tape over my chest, that I had to remove myself at home. And when I removed the tape at home after a week post op, I had never been so let down in my entire life. I had no words, other than “what the hell”. I’m not sure what procedure he was trying to do, but clearly if I was on the beach, certainly I would get questioned with my chest. Since March I have been on antibiotics three times due to having infections. Along with having to get a revision that didn’t really do much other than make my chest flatter(which is nice) but still very deformed, as also pictured. I also have been through multiple shirts due to leaking fluid…which could’ve been avoided had he put drains in. It has come to the point that the best surgery of my life has turned out to be the worst thing to happen to me. My mental health has declined severely, and I have come to conclusion that I need to get a second opinion, along with a new surgery to fix this outcome. Another surgery, taking off time from work again, and more medical bills will be very expensive and I cannot afford it myself. So I am reaching out to the public and hopefully me finally sharing my story may help a little, rather than me hiding the severity of it. Any little donation helps or even reading my story and sharing it, I truly am so thankful in advance for anyone and everyone who comes across this page. edit: the surgeon that did this is Dr. Herman Houin at Henry Ford, Fairlane Dearborn location : fragilefox: bemymonument: bemymonument: My best friend had a horrible top surgery experience, and his surgeon doesnrsquo;t seem to care. While many Americans used the tag to denounce Trump’s racist remarks, Trump supporters and Twitter bots, used the hashtag to defend the Celebrity-in-Chief. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Although Trump has denied making comments that have reportedly been blown out of proportion by the media, lawmakers who were in attendance did not deny the “shithole” remark. In fact, some of Trump’s Fox News friends defended the statement, questing the need for immigration if the countries that immigrants are leaving aren’t “shithole” countries. What are your thoughts?

Doc Scratch used Gamzee’s HONK honk code (which Gamzee wrote on Karkat’s ~ATH coding book) As a scrap book to catalogue the end of Act 5. What does this mean?  Is this this just a coy reference? Will this be a link to Doc Scratch’s role in Hiveswap? Am I reading into an off hand remark about one of the thirty-two supporting trolls slowly being introduced?
