Martin Luther King Jr. was born Micheal King, and both he and his father changed their name after the German Protestant leader, Martin Luther. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € 2. Martin Luther King Jr. began taking college classes full-time at Atlantaโ€™s Morehouse College at the age of 15 and graduated with his Ph.D. at 25. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € 3. SMITH To everyone who is questioning their life, what they should do, or what people may say about the decisions that you make.... I say this! My life is full of ups and downs. I have people who love me. People who hate me. People that wish I would just go away, and even those who threaten to kill me. People hate what they donโ€™t understand or what forces them to look outside their own world. People also hate the truth and normally argue it with emotion.... Trust me when I say this! Never be afraid to take YOUR stand. Never be afraid to live YOUR life. Never be afraid of possibly hurting other people simply because they donโ€™t understand YOU. To everyone who is questioning their life, what they should do, or what people may say about the decisions that you make.... I say this! My life is full of ups and downs. I have people who love me. I am an undocumented immigrant originally from Michoacรกn, Mรฉxico ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ. I am a DACA beneficiary and I would be eligible for the DreamAct. However, some of my close friends and people in my community are greatly affected by the recent announcements and attacks on TPS. The saying goes โ€” โ€œan attack on one of us is an attack on all of usโ€ & we canโ€™t take this message lightly. RiseUpAsOne . . This is beyond 200,000 Salvadorans ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ป with TPS. This is about 192,000 citizen children that will also be affected. This is about the 59,000 Haitians ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡น - 2,000 Nicaraguans ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฎ - from Sudan ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฉ and the millions of us that call them neighbors, family and friends. ProtectTPSโ€ฌ . . Always remember that the greatest act of solidarity is showing up, and that goes beyond a like, a tweet, a post or a comment.โ€ . . *Common TPS Question: If theyโ€™ve been here so long why havenโ€™t they just become citizens? . .
