Bored, Confused, and Fake: voxeterna1 So I'm a music teacher and every year we have what are called "walk through observations. Basically, this means that 4 times a year the principal or vice principal comes into my class to assess my teaching. Fine. Sure. No problem. Well, today I was doing an activity with my 1st graders called·Musical Groceries". Basically, they make up a fake shopping list and then together we figure out what the rhythm of the words on the list is. To do that, a small group of students plays the beat on the conga drum while the rest of the students move around the room while chanting the word. It sounds weird but it's a great way for the kids to figure out the relationship between syllables and thythm. They quickly get bored of walking the rhythm so I let them come up with their own ways of moving around the room.( skipping, hopping, etc) One student suggested they hop around the room like frogs, way down low to the ground. Okay fine. Or it was fine until my vice principal walked in to do my observation only to find 20 seven year olds hopping around the room like a hoard of little hob-goblins, rhythmically chanting "BREADI BREADI BREADI while five other kids played ominous beats in a drum circle I have never seen anyone look so confused in my life and I really don't want to know the rating I got on my observation O Text Quelle: voxetema1 50.053 Anmerkungen My mum just used the phrase "bodice ripper" in a sentence I'm dead

Energy, Facebook, and Memes: GROUND YOURSELF :@CONSCIOUSVIBRANCY "WHEN YOU WALK BAREFOOT, FREE ELECTRONS ARE TRANSFERRED FROM THE EARTH INTO YOUR BODY, AND THIS GROUNDING EFFECT IS ONE OF THE MOST POTENT ANTIOXIDANTS WE KNOW OF." -DR. This is why your 'sole' is on the bottom of your feet!" -Alexis Brooks The cure lies in nature. Always has and always will. Go connect with Mother Earth, she'll take you back to your roots. Here are some of the wonderful benefits of earthing: •Inflammation thrives when your blood is thick, and you have a lot of free radical stress, and a lot of positive charges in your body. Grounding effectively alleviates inflammation because it thins your blood and infuses you with negatively charged ions through the soles of your feet. •Grounding helps thin your blood by improving its zeta potential, which means it improves the energy between your red blood cells. Research has demonstrated it takes about 80 minutes for the free electrons from the earth to reach your blood stream and transform your blood. •Being grounded can help relieve inflammation. When grounded, the diurnal rhythm of the stress hormone, cortisol, begins to normalize. Cortisol is connected to your body’s stress response and helps control blood sugar levels, regulates metabolism, helps reduce inflammation, and assists with memory formulation. You are a bioelectrical being living on an electrical planet. Your body operates electrically. All of your cells transmit multiple frequencies that run, for example, your heart, immune system, muscles, and nervous system. For many decades, people have increasingly been wearing rubber and plastic-soled shoes that act as a barrier to the Earth’s energy, insulating them from electrical contact with the Earth. It's time to reconnect with your roots. Take your shoes off once in a while and absorb the electromagnetic frequencies emanating from the earth. 👣🌍 Consciousvibrancy HolisticAli Grounding Earthing IG 👉🏽 @realrawtruth FACEBOOK-YOUTUBE-SNAPCHAT 👉🏽 @holisticali SUBSCRIBE TO NEW YOUTUBE LINK IN BIO

Advice, Ass, and Bless Up: TAKE ALL MY MONEY @Dr Smashlove Dog Kisses Dog K ISSES In order to succeed, we need to benchmark. In order to benchmark, we need to measure. Our bodies - and our minds - incline toward complacency. Start a new workout. What happens? You do it five or six times and low and behold, it gets easy. Your muscles get used to it. You get into a rhythm. Your body cheats. Before you know it, the benefits you derived from this workout disappear. Your gains are over. My advice: surprise yourself. Confuse your body. And above all, measure. If you do 45 min on the elliptical at a 6 incline on level 10, kick it up to 11 next time you work out. Then 12 the next time. Bring towels. Bring propel. You feel me? Have something to occupy your time. Push yourself. Punish yourself. In work, in life, in most experiences, there are few rewards greater than the reward of knowing you kicked your own ass and increased. Improved. Captured a new goal. You feel me? At a set, appointed time, the gig will be up. We could lose our health. Our mental faculties. Even our life. You don't know when that will be. But you do know that until then, you can do great things and then wake up and do greater things. Push yourself but also rest and reward yourself. You feel me? Fuck up that stack of chocolate chip pancakes. When you used to do that, you hated yourself. But after pushing yourself, now you feel like you deserve the reward. And you do! Be humble and be thankful. And then DM me and say "smash, I took your advice and made it over a hump and now I look and feel amazing. I wanna have your chirren 😍". Just kidding about the last part!
