She really was paying a lot of attention to this story being told across the room from her.: Cara Lynne Page Something worth sharing... Today, I was sitting in the waiting room of a dr's office and a lady sitting across the room from me approached another lady in the lobby. It appeared the lady she walked up to is currently going through chemo treatments. And she said, "sometimes God just tells me to randomly share my testimony with people and if you don't mind, I'd like to share my story with you." The lady agreed. She told her that some time ago she was diagnosed with a very rare type of leukemia. She was given 6 months to live. I'm not sure treatment for her type of cancer was available to her, but she said that she was eligible to receive a stem cell transplant. She was told her info would go into a world wide database and you just wait for a match. Sometimes the match doesn't come. She said that once her info was put into the system, out of 35 MILLION donors... 35 MILLION.... ONE donor was a match. The donor was in Germany. She flew across the world, received a stem cell transplant, now in remission, and is alive today to share her testimony. She told her, God isn't done with you. It is our job to be the ONE to share His story. She is now the ONE in 35 million in someone else's story. b 109 23 Comments She really was paying a lot of attention to this story being told across the room from her.
