Ali, Bloods, and Facebook: DID YOU KNOW? CUPPING THERAPY INDEED IN CUPPING THERE IS A CURE-THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD PBUH IGIFB HOLISTIC ALI THE SUCTION AND NEGATIVE PRESSURE PROVIDED BY CUPPING CAN LOOSEN MUSCLES, ENCOURAGE BLOOD FLOW, AND SEDATE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM (WHICH MAKES IT AN EXCELLENT TREATMENT FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE), CUPPING IS USED TO RELIEVE BACK AND NECK PAINS, STIFF MUSCLES, ANXIETY, FATIGUE, MIGRAINES, RHEUMATISM, AND EVEN CELLULITE Follow ➡️ @holisticali The Ebers Papyrus, written c. 1550 BC and one of the oldest medical textbooks in the Western world, describes the Egyptians' use of cupping, while mentioning similar practices employed by Saharan peoples. In ancient Greece, Hippocrates (c. 400 BC) used cupping for internal disease and structural problems. Cupping is the term applied to a technique that uses small glass cups or bamboo jars as suction devices that are placed on the skin. There are several ways that a practitioner can create the suction in the cups. One method involves swabbing rubbing alcohol onto the bottom of the cup, then lighting it and putting the cup immediately against the skin. Suction can also be created by placing an inverted cup over a small flame, or by using an alcohol-soaked cotton pad over an insulating material (like leather) to protect the skin, then lighting the pad and placing an empty cup over the flame to extinguish it. Flames are never used near the skin and are not lit throughout the process of cupping, but rather are a means to create the heat that causes the suction within the small cups. http:-www.pacificcollege.edu-news-blog-2014-09-20-many-benefits-chinese-cupping Cupping (hijama) is the best remedy recommended and used by the Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam). The Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, "Indeed the best of remedies you have is cupping (hijama)…" [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree (5371)]. He (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) also said that on the night of Israa (his ascension to the heavens) he (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) did not pass by an angel except that it said to him, "Oh Muhammad, order your Ummah (nation) with cupping (hijama)." [Saheeh Sunan Tirmidhee (3479)]. This shows the importance and greatness of this Sunnah. 'Hijama' in arabic is derived from 'hajm' which means 'sucking'. Cupping (hijama) is the process of applying cups to various points on the body by removing the air inside the cups to form a vacuum. Alive, Anaconda, and Bad: my family vacation back in 2012 were my biggest wake up call. Especially this where I was in my swimsuit tanning🙈. I gained tons of weight during my late teenage years. I guess due to depression from moving away from the country I grew up in. I found comfort in food, became lethargic and really shy. From then on, I tried losing weight a few times which made my weight fluctuate up and down. I had my child in 2007 and I got even more bigger. I realized in 2012 during that summer that I can't live my life just dreaming and watching people live their life to the fullest. I can't sit around and not be active with my little one. And I can't risk having health issues. I wanted more out of life. I wanted to feel alive for my child and I want to set a good example for her. That's my back story Since then I lost 100 lbs and kept it off. Right now I'm 15 lbs above my usual stage weight and that's okay because competing isn't in my plans at the moment. I have good and bad days just like everyone else. What matters is that even if I feel like I'm failing at some point, I keep going and I try my best everyday. My goal right now is to be stronger and build the best body I could achieve in the healthiest way possible without going to extremes. A fitness journey doesn't have a finish line. You're also never too old to start Before I get asked again. I didn't have any type or surgery to lose weight and I didn't have any type of skin surgery either. Just work hard and learn your own body @ceceven .

Batman, Beautiful, and Birthday: HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOKER! CHISTORYOFTHEBATMAN Afternoon Gothamites! Today (August 1) according to the 1976 DC Calendar (panel 2 and 3), the civilian persona (real name unknown within comics) of The Joker was born! The Joker, considered Batman’s greatest enemy, was created by Bob Kane, Bill Finger and Jerry Robinson in Batman (Vol 1) 1 which hit news stands on April 25, 1940. The villain's origin story was originally printed in February 1951's Detective Comics (Vol 1) 168: portrayed as a gangster in Gotham’s criminal underworld, and dressed up as the Red Hood (cover art by Brian Bolland from Countdown (Vol 1) 31), the man falls into a vat of chemicals in a playing card factory and emerges with green hair, pale white skin and ruby lips highlighting a terrifying grin. To match his new look, the man decides to name him after the place that created him: Joker. The Clown Prince of Crime's evolution over the last 77 years is illustrated in all his beautiful chaos in hundreds of stories in comics, film and television. Seen as a mirror to our celebrated hero, Batman and Joker's relationship provides a strong representation in the war of "good vs evil", making the Harlequin of Hate one of the most popular villains in both the DC Universe and fiction. Happy Birthday to The Joker! Thanks for following and we'll have more History of the Batman soon! ✌🏼💜💚🃏🎉
