Af, Basketball, and Bless Up: My girlfriend made me go with her to the flower shop. Wasn't thrilled until this dude showed up and sat in front of me. Reddit u/carl gordon jenkins @DrSmashlove Y’all know I don’t really obsess over sports but last night I seent a miracle. Vikings were losing to the Saints with 10 seconds left. A lot was riding on this game because the winner would go to the NFC Championship. Everyone thought the Saints had it in the bag. Case Keenum, the QB for the Vikings, throws a pass and it’s caught by a young brother named Stefon Diggs. When Diggs gets the ball, it’s five seconds left. In this situation, the receiver (Diggs) is suppose to immeejally run out of bounds so the Vikings could kick a field goal. Keenum yells “GET OUT OF BOUNDS!” Coach Mike Zimmer - only yards away - is yelling at Diggs: “GET OUT OF BOUNDS!” Saints safety Marcus Williams came in at four seconds left to take out Diggs - a fraction of a second after the catch - and ... he misses. If he had connected, and Diggs had fallen, game over. But God had another plan. Diggs landed clean AF, turnt around, and ran in for a touchdown. This was the first time in NFL history that a playoff game ended on a game winning touchdown as time expired. That’s not a typo - what Diggs did has never happened, ever. Plainly, the young brother made history. In the post game interview, Diggs said: “all I can say is, give it to God. Because without him, nothing is possible and I wouldn’t be here so...DAMN THAT SH!T FEEL GOOD!” 😂 Before I continue let me provide a little background on Diggs’ life. Diggs’ father Aron was a former basketball player. Aron signed his son up for football at the ripe age of five and mentored him to become the best player in the state of Maryland and the second best in his position nationwide. But Aron never even seen his son play high school football because he died when Diggs was 14. Since then, Diggs has assumed the role of a father figure to both of his brothers, Trevon and Darez. Diggs himself lost his father figure but he still stepped up. Because he had to. Because that was God’s plan. Sometimes on the way to realizing God’s blessings, you endure hardship. I believe that these tests prepare u for the blessing. Minneapolis stand up. Maryland stand up. All of those who give it to God when we chalk up a win stand up! Bless up ❤️

Clock, Disappointed, and Fresh: KEEP GRINDING YOUR DAY IS COMING! Keep grinding, even if you don’t feel like it! No matter what kind of work you do, you'll always have days you don’t feel motivated. Running a business is exciting and challenging, but also boring and mundane sometimes. It’s human nature to get distracted, frustrated and disappointed now and then. The key is knowing how to get back on track so your business doesn’t suffer. 🤔 ✔️Make a schedule. Not reporting to an office every day or punching a clock can be an amazing thing. It also can pose a tremendous challenge. You can wake up when you want, take breaks when you want, eat when you want and stop working when you want. With so much autonomy, it's important to discipline yourself by setting a daily schedule. That’s key! ✔️Take breaks throughout the day. Design your daily schedule with short breaks in mind. Limit each to 10 or 20 minutes, or you risk getting swept into a sucking hole of unproductivity. These breaks are particularly helpful if you're struggling with a problem. Take a step back, focus on something else, and come back with fresh eyes. Consider taking a quick walk outside or engaging in some other form of activity. Get a glass of water, meditate or surf social media to shift your mindset. ✔️Take advantage of flexibility. Nowhere is it written that you have to stare at a computer screen in your own home or workspace every day. Try changing it up: Work from a coffee house one day, a library the next and a park the day after that. Changing your scenery will keep you on your toes and might even pique your creativity. ✔️Think about the future. You set goals when you first started your business, and you know you must continue to adapt those objectives as time goes on. If you feel yourself procrastinating or getting distracted, ask yourself how meeting those goals will affect your future. Where do you want your business to be in six months, a year, or five years? How will your daily work help you achieve your ambitions? And how much better will your personal and professional life be once you reach each milestone? KEEP grinding! Your time will come. - success grind millionairementor

Family, Food, and Friends: lt's Been Eight Years Since The Massive Earthquake in Haiti And Millions Are Still Suffering @balleralert hotoGrid It’s Been Eight Years Since The Massive Earthquake in Haiti And Millions Are Still Suffering - Blogged by: @RaquelHarrisTV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ On this day, eight years ago, a severe earthquake nearly destroyed Haiti. Almost 316,000 lives were taken and more than 1.5 million have had to relocate. According to a new report from the United Nations, there are currently 2.5 million Haitians who are still suffering from the aftermath. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The 2010 Haiti earthquake was not just a simple natural disaster. Since then the people of Haiti have struggled with continuous famine and are forced to live in impoverishment. They’ve also been exposed to the sometimes fatal cholera epidemic. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Haitians continue to suffer years after the earthquake,” U.N. Humanitarian Coordinator Mourad Wahba, who has worked in the country for two years, told The WorldPost. “People lost their friends and family. I see the pain in their faces when they talk about it now. It’s a very long healing process.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to reports, over 300,000 Haitians were harmed back in 2010, and the earthquake left 3.3 million with a lack of food supply. More than 80 percent of public housing was destroyed, hundreds became homeless and were forced to live in “tent cities.” School and government buildings were ruined, as well as farmland, decimated crops and irrigation canals. Haiti was once known for its strong agriculture, for which the country relied on. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “There are still about 55,000 people in camps and makeshift camps,” noted Wahba. “Many are still living in unsanitary conditions due to displacement caused by the earthquake. We have a very long way to go.”

Life, Memes, and Guess: MILLIONAIRE MENTOR ALWAYS MOVING FORWARD, Living in the past is something many of us do, at least occasionally. Sometimes it’s heartwarming to reminisce about the past and talk about joyous memories. However, periods where thinking about the past in a negative way, in a way that distracts you from the present and keeps you from moving forward, is never beneficial. In life, you must keep looking ahead of yourself, not behind you. You must move forward, looking upward, as if you were a rock climber. You don’t look down, or back, because you know this will only trigger fear and uncertainty. This will paralyze you. So, each and every day you remind yourself never to look back and second guess your life because there is no way to turn back. Each day you remind yourself that the present moment is all you have, and in that moment you have the ability to make changes. You stay focused on what it is you want out of life, not what it is you don’t have currently. You know that change will be hard, but you also know change can bring great joy. Just like a rock climber, moving forward and upward, takes strength, and determination, but in time it get easier because you’ll be stronger. Although it may be hard at first to never look back, you know in time, you will get stronger and it will get easier. - alwaysforward success millionairementor
