This is a serious issue though.
Ferrai has this bullshit agreement that if you buy one of their cars new off the lot, you have to sign a contract saying you basically don’t own the car and have to uphold their brand standards with it.
It’s sets a startling example of not owning something despite buying it and the court needs to use this as a chance to strike it down as unethical.

This shit again? And I thought it was bad enough with ford and john deer telling farmers they didn’t own the tractors they bought from them….

Yeah, they have this really unethical clause in the purchase contract you can’t modify the car or do anything with it that they’d consider “unbecoming of the brand”, which is why they were able file this suit.
It seems kind of bizarre at first until you realize how horrifying that is in the age of “do you own what you buy?” being a huge a debate (especially in tech).

This is pretty much Ferrari’s philosophy from the start, they are extremely prideful of their cars like if they were made from God’s hands or something.

They are very snobby, infact the owner of Ferrari doesn’t like the people who buy their cars since because they are bought for “status”.

They also never test their cars on public tracks in comparison with other racing cars like when they wanted to test out the Porche 918 Spyder vs The McLaren P1 vs LaFerrari. Take a guess who bailed out on the performance test.

Four months later the first Lamborghini sports was birthed out of pure spite. I’d like to this somewhere he’s enjoying this immensely.

Virgil Abloh Named Louis Vuitton’s New Menswear Designer -blogged by @peachkyss ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The founder of streetwear brand Off-White and Kanye West’s longtime creative director, Virgil Abloh, has been named Louis Vuitton’s New Menswear Designer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Abloh is the first African American artistic director, and one of the few black designers at the top of a French heritage house. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The designer expressed his excitement about the new position, saying, “I feel elated. This opportunity to think through what the next chapter of design and luxury will mean at a brand that represents the pinnacle of luxury was always a goal in my wildest dreams. And to show a younger generation that there is no one way anyone in this kind of position has to look is a fantastically modern spirit in which to start.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bringing Abloh onboard is going to bring a new look and vibe to the men’s collection. “Product is only one part of the luxury narrative,” he continued. “I want to use Louis Vuitton’s history with travel to really look at different cultures around the world to help make all our humanity visible. When creativity melds together with global issues, I believe you can bring the world together. Fashion on this level can really open eyes.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Although Abloh has taken on a new position, he will continue to run Off-White, which he says is for his 17-year-old self. Louis Vuitton will represent who he is today at 37-years-old. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Louis Vuitton’s menswear collection will make its debut in June for Paris Men Fashion Week. She became a legal permanent resident in 2015 and has had papers for just over 2 years. In addition, she is founder and CEO of @dreamers_roadmap an app that connects undocumented students with scholarships. I’m ready to make calls and knock on doors for her! . . They've put our pain and problems on their backs and created space for change, new opportunities for our brothers and sisters to excel and succeed in a world that is designed against us. These are BallerificWomen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One of those special individuals is KarleenRoy, who went from being Diddy’s assistant to being her own boss. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Karleen Roy is the founder of The Vanity Group, which is a luxury life’s management company that specializes in event planning, luxury concierge services and talent relations. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Roy was Diddy’s Assistant for six years before realizing she was ready for the next chapter in her life. After leaving Bad Boy, former colleagues began reaching out to Roy to secure talent for red carpet events and planning events. That’s when Karleen realized that everything she was doing was a business venture. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Karleen Roy has worked with many clients from Diddy, Kobe Bryant, Fabolous, and many more.
