Ali, Bloods, and Facebook: DID YOU KNOW? CUPPING THERAPY INDEED IN CUPPING THERE IS A CURE-THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD PBUH IGIFB HOLISTIC ALI THE SUCTION AND NEGATIVE PRESSURE PROVIDED BY CUPPING CAN LOOSEN MUSCLES, ENCOURAGE BLOOD FLOW, AND SEDATE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM (WHICH MAKES IT AN EXCELLENT TREATMENT FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE), CUPPING IS USED TO RELIEVE BACK AND NECK PAINS, STIFF MUSCLES, ANXIETY, FATIGUE, MIGRAINES, RHEUMATISM, AND EVEN CELLULITE Follow ➡️ @holisticali The Ebers Papyrus, written c. 1550 BC and one of the oldest medical textbooks in the Western world, describes the Egyptians' use of cupping, while mentioning similar practices employed by Saharan peoples. In ancient Greece, Hippocrates (c. 400 BC) used cupping for internal disease and structural problems. Cupping is the term applied to a technique that uses small glass cups or bamboo jars as suction devices that are placed on the skin. There are several ways that a practitioner can create the suction in the cups. One method involves swabbing rubbing alcohol onto the bottom of the cup, then lighting it and putting the cup immediately against the skin. Suction can also be created by placing an inverted cup over a small flame, or by using an alcohol-soaked cotton pad over an insulating material (like leather) to protect the skin, then lighting the pad and placing an empty cup over the flame to extinguish it. Flames are never used near the skin and are not lit throughout the process of cupping, but rather are a means to create the heat that causes the suction within the small cups. http:-www.pacificcollege.edu-news-blog-2014-09-20-many-benefits-chinese-cupping Cupping (hijama) is the best remedy recommended and used by the Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam). The Messenger (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, "Indeed the best of remedies you have is cupping (hijama)…" [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree (5371)]. He (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) also said that on the night of Israa (his ascension to the heavens) he (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) did not pass by an angel except that it said to him, "Oh Muhammad, order your Ummah (nation) with cupping (hijama)." [Saheeh Sunan Tirmidhee (3479)]. This shows the importance and greatness of this Sunnah. 'Hijama' in arabic is derived from 'hajm' which means 'sucking'. PUMPKIN SEEDS KILL PARASITES IGFB HOLISTIC ALI BRAIN ON PARASITES UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND MEDICAL CENTER RECOMMENDS CONSUMING PUMPKIN SEEDS, ALONG WITH PLENTY OF FLUIDS, TO HELP BOTH PROTECT AGAINST, AND GET RID OF, ANY PARASITES YOU MAY HAVE Follow ➡️ @holisticali Importantly, this pumpkin seed remedy for intestinal worms may actually kill the parasites. It is believed the high levels of compounds known as cucurbitins paralyze the worms. This prevents them from holding on to the intestinal walls, as they usually do during a bowel movement. In Islamic teachings, the pumpkin has been introduced as a useful element for the brain. The Prophet has been quoted as saying: eat pumpkin since it increases brain capabilities. According to modern science, the useful parts of the pumpkin are its flesh and seed. Pumpkin has high amounts of vitamin A and removes toxins, besides being effective in preventing weight loss. Pumpkin activates memory cells, and is also effective in keeping the lungs and liver in healthy order. The pumpkin is prescribed for kidney and bladder disorders and plays a miraculous role in treatment of diabetes and high blood pressure. Physicians recommend eating big pumpkins. It is interesting to know that big sweet pumpkins are not damaging for those people who suffer from diabetes. Pumpkin is also considered a cooling fruit and useful for removing body inflammation and thirst. Fail, Friends, and Life: BE THE SPOUSE YOU WISH TO MARRY @islam4everyone Corrupt women are for corrupt men, and corrupt men for corrupt women. Good women are for good men, and good men for good women..." (24:26) Be the spouse you wish to marry. Many brothers and sisters unfortunately wish to have the most pious spouse yet they fail to observe their Deen themselves. They're loose with their eyes, tongues, And relations with the opposite Gender. They flirt, and talk to all of these different people at once trying to figure out what spouse is best for them yet they're deluding themselves because the spouse they wish to have isn't the type who would be behaving in the manner they do. If you wish to have someone pure, then purify yourself first. Allah watches everything we do and is well aware of our intentions and actions. Marriage is serious in Islam, you have to be willing to treat your spouse in the best possible manner and also know their rights and fulfil them, you have to fear Allah in regards to every word you say to them, even at the worst times especially. Anyone can treat someone good at the start, but how will things be when Allah Azzawajal starts sending tests your way? How will it be when that passion or love is at its low points? Will you still appreciate them for what they've done even at the times when life gets busy for either them or yourself? True believers easily pass through the tests because the spouses rely on Allah, they control the negative side of their emotions and nafs, they know they're more than just spouses, they're also brothers and sisters in Islam, and the best of friends. The healthiest of marriages are those who are well aware of what Allah commands of them and also able to act on the knowledge they have. No one should marry without purifying their intentions for the sake of Allah. If you have Allah Azzawajal, the example of The Prophet SAW and his wives for your character, and you practice Islam treating eachother with kindness, communication, compassion, understanding and forgiveness, then surely with the Mercy of Allah you'll succeed in shah Allah. Bad, Be Like, and Beautiful: HIDE YOUR GOOD DEEDS MORE THAN YOU HIDE YOUR BAD DEEDS GARDENOFTHEPIOUS It is a pity that many people today do favours of good deeds only to gain fame, fortune and praise from fellow human beings, (known in Arabic as Riya). Performing righteous deeds to show off or to be seen by fellow human beings in order to be praised by them destroys all the benefits that lie in such deeds. - The primary cause of Riya is a weak level of eeman (faith). When people’s faith is weak, they prefer the admiration and acceptance of people instead of the pleasure of Allah. They desire to be like others who they envy, and to be envied by others similarly. This causes them to ignore the blessings and rewards of the hereafter, and desire for fame and prestige in this world; thus fall into riya. Allah will humiliate all such people on the Day of Resurrection. - Jundub narrated that The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “He who lets the people hear of his good deeds intentionally, to win their praise, Allah will let the people know his real intention (on the Day of Resurrection), and he who does good things in public to show off and win the praise of the people, Allah will disclose his real intention (and humiliate him). (Bukhari, 6499) - In the Quran, Allah says (translation of meaning): “Would one of you like to have a garden of palm trees and grapevines underneath which rivers flow in which he has from every fruit? But he is afflicted with old age and has weak offspring, and it is hit by a whirlwind containing fire and is burned. Thus does Allah make clear to you [His] verses that you might give thought.” (Quran, 2:266) - Here Allah has compared the good deeds of those who practice riya to a beautiful, lush garden that is burnt by a fire, while the owner stands by, incapable of stopping it. This is what happens to good deeds that are wasted. How can Allah, the Most Wise, accept deeds if they are not performed for His sake? How can Allah, the Most Just, bestow the same amount of blessings on the person who performs action solely for His sake and the one who intends only to show off and acquire the praise of fellow human beings? - May Allah save us all from the dangerous, poisonous habit of doing righteous deeds with the intention of seeking praise and fame. AMEEN.💖

Memes, Muslim, and Petty: This photo is of a Somali woman in 19IO @chakabars She is fine! In 1899, Sheikh Maxamed came into conflict with the recently established Christian mission and also was involved in a petty dispute with the administration. With the current European and Ethiopian encroachment and with the example of the Sudanese mahdi (in Islamic eschatology, a messianic deliverer), these two incidents provided the seeds that rapidly developed into a major Somali insurrection. Maxamed did not appropriate the title of mahdi but assumed the title of sayyid (a descendant of the Prophet), and his followers were known as the dervishes. He displayed great skill in employing all the traditional tactics of Somali clan politics in building up his following, strengthening these with the call to national Muslim solidarity against the infidel colonizers. Arms and ammunition, denied to Somali in the past, became easily available through the ports of Djibouti and the northeastern coast, and the dervishes, although opposed by many Somali, who were branded as traitors to Islam, successfully weathered four major British, Italian, and Ethiopian campaigns between 1900 and 1904. The cumbersome British armies, hampered by their supply and water requirements, found the dervish guerrilla tactics hard to combat effectively, and, when in 1910 the British government decided to abandon its inconclusive, extremely expensive operations and withdrew to the coast, leaving chaos in the interior, Sayyid Maxamed seemed to have emerged victorious. A new policy was subsequently adopted, however, and, with the aid of an increasingly effective camel constabulary (whose founder, Richard Corfield, was killed at the Battle of Dulmadoobe in 1913), the dervishes were kept at bay until 1920, when a combined air, sea, and land operation finally routed them. The formidable dervish stronghold at Taleex, or Taleh, was bombed, but the sayyid escaped, as so often before, only to die of influenza a few months later while desperately seeking to rally his scattered followers. chakabars ❤🇸🇴 pic by @vintage_somalia

Books, Clothes, and Family: e Prophet Muhammad Visited You, Just For A Day Or Two. @islam feveryone I WONDER If The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ visited you, Just for a day or two. If he came unexpectedly, I wonder what you'd do. Oh, I know you'd give your nicest room, To such an honored guest, And all the food you'd serve to him, Would be your very best, And you would keep assuring him, you're glad to have him there, That serving him in your home, Is a joy beyond compare. BUT ... When you see him coming, Would you meet him at the door, With arms outstretched in welcome, To your visitor? OR ... Would you have to change your clothes Before you let him in ? Or hide some magazines And put the Quran where they had been ? Would you still watch R-rated movies, On your TV set ? Or would you rush to switch it off, Before He gets upset ? Would you turn off the radio, And hope He hadn't heard ? And wish you hadn't uttered, That last loud, hasty word ? Would you hide away your music, And instead take Hadith books out ? Could you let him walk right in, or would you rush about ? AND, I wonder ... If the Prophet spent A day or two with you, Would you go right on doing The things you always do ? Would you go right on saying The things you always say ? Would life for you continue As it does from day to day ? Would your family conversation Keep up its usual pace ? And would you find it hard each meal To say a table grace ? Would you keep up each every prayer Without putting on a frown ? And would you always jump up early For prayers at dawn ? Would you sing the songs you always sing And read the books you read ? And let him know the things on which your mind and spirit feed ? Would you take the prophet with you Everywhere you plan to go ? Or, would you, maybe, change your plans, Just for a day or so ? Would you be glad to have him meet your very closest friends? Or, would you hope they'd stay away Until his visit ends? Would you be glad to have him stay Forever on and on? OR ... Would you sigh with great relief, When he at last was gone ? It might be interesting to know The things that you would do If the Prophet Muhammad, in person, came to spend some time with you.

Allahu Akbar, Anaconda, and Beautiful: "The mansions in Jannah are built based on dhikr If you stop dhikr the Angels stop building the mansion." @islam everyone Below is a short list of some remembrances that you can incorporate in your day. The goal is to make these beautiful praises of the Creator come up from your heart and roll off of your tongue with ease. 1. Quran: Ultimately, the best dhikr is reading the Quran. Reward: You will be rewarded 10 rewards for every letter read. This prize basically illustrates the weight of the Quran in terms of where it should be in your life. 2. SubhanAllah or SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi (“I praise Allah (or All praise if to Allah) above all attributes that do not suit His Majesty.”) Reward: A tree will be planted for you in Paradise. Nice! Start growing your own forest right now! Another hadith relates that whoever says this 100 times a day, his-her sins will be forgiven even if they were as much as the foam of the sea [Bukhari]. 3. Alhamdulillah (“All praise is for Allah.”) Reward: Your scales will be tipped on the Day of Judgment, full of rewards! 4. SubhanAllah wal hamdulillah, wa la ilahaillAllah wa Allahu akbar2 “I praise Allah (or All Praise if to Allah) above all attributes that do not suit His Majesty. All praise is for Allah. This is no deity worthy of worship besides Allah. Allah is Great.” Reward: This combination of dhikr is the one most beloved by Allah, subhana wa ta’ala. When you say them, sins fall off of you like leaves off of trees. 5. La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (“There is no power or might except (by) Allah.”) Reward: You will enter through a special door in Paradise for those who oft use this remembrance. 6. SubhanAllah (x33), Alhamdulillah (x33), Allahu akbar (x34). Can be recited after salat and before you go to bed-sleep. (“I praise Allah (or All praise if to Allah) above all attributes that do not suit His Majesty. All praise is to Allah. Allah is Great.”) Reward: We know that this dhikr is said after each salah, but when Fatima the daughter of the Prophet came to her father requesting a servant to help with the household, the Messenger of Allah told her to repeat the dhikr before her sleep and the results would be better than having a servant. Memes, The Prophet, and 🤖: gardenofthe pious THERE IS NO BETTER FRIEND THAN A FRIEND WHO REMINDS YOU OF ALLA H When we study the lives of the Sahaba (Radhiallahu Anhum), we find the deep-rooted love they felt for the Prophet ‎‎(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)‎‬, a love that guided their every emotion, a love that has no equal and cannot be matched by any other human being, a love that reaches the concealed regions of the heart. - It was the Prophet ‎(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)‎‬ who had the ability of saying a single phrase that conveyed profound meanings and beautiful lessons. What he stated in a single minute, another man could only express in a few hours, or a few days, this was the eloquence of the most beloved to Allah ‎ﷻ‬. - The companions loved him not just because of his noble character and impeccable manners. He won them over with the flawless way in which he dealt with them and with the abundant kindness that he continually graced them with. - They constantly felt spiritual joy and a strengthening of their faith whilst in his blessed company. Imagine the love they had for him after having spent years wandering in darkness, disbelief and ignorance. They tried their best to imitate his every action, and they obeyed his every command to a point where they were willing to use their bodies as human shields to protect the Prophet ‎‎(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)‎‬, not just his life but his honor as well. - It was the Prophet ‎‎(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)‎‬ who helped purify their souls from the sins of disbelief, and cleansed their hearts from the shame of worshipping others except Allah ‎ﷻ‬. Memes, Quran, and Test: she didn't have no kids after a long time Allah gave her 5 kids at once, Subhan' Allah ig- abed. alii HIT LIKE AND COMMENT SUBHANALLAH Unfortunately as a community, sensitivity is not our strength. With the vibrant mix of culture and accents, people can say some really insensitive things which many times are unintentional. . - Sadly, couples who don't have children are very often on the receiving end of those comments. As a result, many sisters in particular start to feel deficient and question Allah's decree. . . - 1. Allah says in the Quran "Money and Children are the joys of this world" but also says "know that your money and children are but a test for you". In that sense, just as Allah tests some people with wealth and others with poverty, He tests some with children and others with not having children. Just as not having money is in no way a sign of Allah's displeasure, not having children does not indicate Allah's not being pleased with you. Rather Allah tests us all in unique ways knowing what we can and can't handle. . . - 2. A woman who does not have a child is in no way "deficient" or "incomplete". One of the greatest women of all time who was described by the Prophet (peace be upon him) as having perfected her faith was Assiya Bint Muzahim (ra). She was the wife of Pharoah and never had children yet she has been cited by Allah as an example for all believing men and women. So don't let insensitive people make you feel like you are any less than anyone else. . - 3. When Allah mentions the story of Khidr (as) in the Quran, He mentions a couple losing their young child and this is from Allah's infinite wisdom. We don't know what the future holds and why Allah gives and withholds, but we trust that it's always for our own good. . . - 4. We don't know what the future holds and why Allah gives and withholds, but we trust that it's always for our own good. . . - 4. Do not stop making dua to Allah as the Quran has many examples of righteous people who were given children in their old age. Your dua can do wonders. But when you make dua, ask Allah to grant you children so they can serve the Deen as Zakariya (as) did.. . - Put your trust in Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and never lose hope. 👶🏻, I ask Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala to grant us all a righteous offspring one day..اللهم آمين 👶🏻🌹 ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ @abed.alii 📝

Beautiful, Bodies , and Life: May Allah grant us a good end ig- a bed. alii It was a life changing for me when one of the brothers who wash the bodies asked me to help him with removing a deceased body from the fridge to wash it... . - By Allah I can't describe how I felt , first time i experience such thing! Holding a deceased body...I nearly cried, it made me think really hard about my life, each day that passes, each day we breathe, each day we go about our lives, and it is but a day closer to our end, closer to our return to our Creator. . - Subhan Allah these days Death is something you don't talk about. In fact if you visit most cemeteries, they are so beautiful with grass and decorations that they deviate you from the reality of the occasion . - My dear brothers and sisters think really hard when you are praying and ask for forgiveness. I look at the whole thing as a reminder. Death is a fact that is hard to comprehend because we think it is not for us. . - Some people think they will go to Allah when they are older. But how can we be so sure that we will even live an additional day? The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to remember his death every day many times after death has come - those who did wrong in this life, will surely wish they could come back to this life and to have another chance to do good, and by this time, it will be too late. . - Now is the time to change our lifestyle and obey Allah. Before it's too late, let us be one of those who will be under the shade of Allah. ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ @abed.alii 📝

Beautiful, Memes, and Muslim: IFAJR) RISE AMONG THE ELITES. Umm Umar Khaled www.stories of thesahabah. tumblr com You just know your day is going to be so good when you have done this particular prayer. It brings so much difference, I tell you. Allahu’akbar. How great it is to wake up with an intention of worshipping Allah Azza Wa Jall, with thanking Him for the Mercy He has given that you are about to live another day, for the opportunity to say Alhamdulillah, Subhan’Allah, Astagfirullah. -these are just the little things that we don’t seem to give so much attention to in our daily lives yet these little things are the ones who bear so much ajr. _____ Have we even noticed that in the word Fajr the arabic term for reward [ajr] is present too? Ma sha Allah. . And how many of us even give enough time to recite or read the Qur’an after we wake up or even before we sleep? Astagfirullah. _____ Let us rise among the elites. Rise among those who gain such beautiful Ajr. Remember the beautiful reward that Fajr brings, as said by the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalaam: "He who performs the dawn prayer will be under the protection of Allah" [Sahih Muslim, Hadith 657] -and what harm can come to you when it is Allah Azza Wa Jall that protects you? Allahu’akbar! _____ And we pray that Allah Azza Wa Jall makes us among those very people who would wake up with the beautiful intention of worshipping, thanking and asking for His Forgiveness. Amin. Blessed, Clothes, and Future: "Hold on to those who remind you of Allah MuslimOnTheMap MOTM The Best Companions . I was watching thia video on YouTube where it was said in that video, The Best companian is the one whose appearance reminds you of Allah, and whose speech increases you in knowledge, and whose actions remind you of the hereafter. - Do they remind you of Allāhﷻ? His Prophetﷺ? . Who do we spend the most time with? For most of us the answer "friends". Friends are the people we share things with, talk to regularly, and experience a large part of our life with and if they are upon jahilyaah chances are we are on that too on a level. . This is why the Prophet ﷺ said: “A person is on the religion of his companions. Therefore let every one of you carefully consider the company he keeps.”(1) . Most us commit sins on daily basis because of the encouragement we get from our friends like when they do stuff me and you just blindly join in, even when sometimes you dont want too. . Allāhﷻ says, “And (remember) the Day when the wrong-doer will bite his hands and say: Woe to me! Would that I had taken a path with the Messenger. Woe to me! If only I had not taken so- and-so as a friend! He has led me astray from this Reminder (the Qur’an) after it had come to me. And Satan is ever a deserter to man in the hour of need.”(2) - “Friends on that Day will be enemies one to another, except the righteous.”(3) . Prophet of Allahﷺ says, The example of a good companion and a bad companion is like that of the seller of musk, and the one who blows the blacksmith’s bellows. So as for the seller of musk then either he will grant you some, or you buy some from him, or at least you enjoy a pleasant smell from him. As for the one who blows the blacksmith’s bellows then either he will burn your clothes or you will get an offensive smell from him.”(4) . Brothers and sisters it is really important that we chose our friends wisely, u could be having the time of your living with them but in future the likes of you and have narrations but no ideas about it. The friends around you can either destroy you or make you among the best of people. - May Allah bless us with righteous company✨ - Ref (1)Tirmidhi (2)Qur’an 25:27-29 (3)Al-Qur’an 43:67 (4)al Bukahri & Muslim ✒@muslimonthemap
