Goals, Life, and Memes: MILLIONAIRE MENTOR AN OPEN MIND WILL OPEN NEW DOORS Every week, sorry… Everyday! I get DM’s from people telling me how they want to achieve their goals and about how they often try but feel they're just getting not getting anywhere. 🤔 Amazingly, after talking to them and replying their messages I discover that they indeed have had plenty of opportunities presented to them, but they have closed their mind to the possibilities and their stubbornness prevents them from achieving their goals. When this happens. they greatly decrease the odds of any success. - ☝️You would stand a better chance of creating the life you want, growing as a human being and experiencing success regularly if you simple kept an OPEN mind. - How can a closed mind limit your chance for success? When you close your mind you essentially become stubborn and become a victim of the ego mind, you end up having an attitude that goes something like this: "This is what I want and I want it now. I'm not willing to try or accept anything else." This kind of attitude shuts you off from the process of life and nature - which is about growing and experiencing new possibilities. ✋ - 👉When you have an OPEN mind you allow yourself to attract opportunities and you insist on following up on opportunities, no matter how trivial they seem. Keeping an open mind means that you are open to all possibilities. This means that you don't say, “Oh that's not for me. There can't be anything good in that." Or "Why would I want to do that? That's not what I was looking for." Or "I won't even consider that." Let's remember one important factor tho! you don't know everything, and you don't always know what will or won't work out for you. If you never try something you'll never know what whether you like it or if it will work out for you. 😉 - mindset success motivation

Beer, Brains, and Confidence: TO TRAVEL R- Travel is good for lots of things, but it can also increase mental well-being, ☝️ and not just in the short-term. Whether you’re traveling for business, on a one-week family holiday, or have sold everything to pursue a life on the road, traveling can make you a happier person by building self-confidence, providing new experiences and memories, breaking routine and allowing you to meet people from all over the world. 🤔 So next time you find yourself heading out on a shopping spree to lift your mood, why not put that money towards a flight instead?👀 Here are a few ways in which travel can make you happier: ✔️Happiness is infectious. When locals are happy, smiling and friendly, it has an immediate knock-on effect. Smiles and happiness are contagious! ✔️Being away makes you appreciate your family and home. 🏡 Being away from things we often take for granted, family, close friends, home… It makes us appreciate them more. ✔️You make new friends! It’s much easier to make new friends on the road than it is at home, where people are less inclined to chat to strangers on a bus or strike up conversation at the bar. When people are away from home, there seem to be less boundaries to cross and making friends becomes much easier, whether it’s a local curious to know where you’ve come from or a fellow travelers keen to have someone with whom to enjoy a beer or share a taxi. ✔️Education. Whether it’s learning a new skill such as cooking Thai food or learning a new language, learning about a new culture, travel presents ways in which we can further our knowledge and education. Learning makes our brains more active, which psychologists have found increases our level of happiness, articularly when learning something we find enjoyable. - Now that you know about the great benefits of traveling… what’s your next destination? 😉 Comment below!👇 - travel happiness culture millionairementor

Community, Memes, and American: First Black Oscar Award Winner, Hattie McDaniel Gets A Biopic @balleralert First Black Oscar Award Winner Hattie McDaniel Gets A Biopic – blogged By @lanaladonna ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to reports, a biopic for African American and Hollywood pioneer, HattieMcDaniel is now in the works. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For those of us who’ve slept on black history- McDaniel was the first African American (man or woman) to receive an Oscar. Her role as “Mammy” in the film “Gone With The Wind” earned her the Oscar for “Best Supporting Actress” in 1940. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Despite the film’s success and eight Oscar Awards, McDaniel, along with the rest of her black castmates weren’t allowed at the premiere of the film in Georgia. The color of her skin also caused for McDaniel to not be allowed to sit with the rest of the nominated cast at the Oscar Awards, but allowed her a seat in the back of the venue. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to Variety, producers of the film, AaronMagnani and AlysiaAllen got their hands on the rights to Jill Watts’ published biography, “Hattie McDaniel: Black Ambition, White Hollywood” to help them with the film. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Though people in the black community criticized her for playing roles that they felt fed into racial stereotypes for African Americans, McDaniel served as a pioneer and example for aspiring African American actors and actresses for generations to come. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Considering the fact that the first black man to receive a golden globe for best actor in a TV series happened just a week ago, this biopic is a big deal, and long overdue. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Continue to rest in peace Ms. McDaniel and congratulations.
